You will have completely private use of this 7-bedroom villa and all of its outdoor areas/facilities. You will NOT share any parts of the villa, pool or outdoor spaces with anyone outside your group. The property is accessed from a private entrance in a quiet country street.

Nestled on a quiet country lane in the outskirts of the charming town of Sannat, our 300-year-old villa offers a serene escape amidst the peaceful countryside of Gozo. Surrounded by traditional farmhouses and the timeless charm of the countryside, our villa provides a secluded retreat where guests can unwind and reconnect with nature.

Venture just a leisurely 12-minute walk away, and you'll find yourself in the quaint town centre of Sannat. Here, the picturesque square is adorned with local restaurants, a cosy bar, and a delightful bakery, inviting guests to savour the local flavours and soak in the laid-back atmosphere of Gozitan village life.

The village centre of nearby Munxar is also within easy reach, just a 10-minute walk away. Munxar features a local supermarket and a nice restaurant & bar, offering additional options for dining and shopping just moments away from our villa.

For easy exploration of the island, a bus stop is situated just a few metres from the villa, providing direct access to Victoria, the capital. This allows guests to discover its historic sites, bustling markets, and cultural attractions with ease.

The amazing Xlendi Bay is just a quick 5-minute drive from the villa. With its stunning views and opportunities for swimming and watersports, it's the perfect destination for a day of seaside relaxation amidst Gozo's natural beauty. And don't forget the nearby cliff-top walks! They offer guests the chance to explore the rugged coastline and take in incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Getting around Gozo is easy thanks to the island's efficient public transport system. Right outside the villa, guests will find the "Zghawru" bus stop, served regularly by the 305 bus to/from the capital Victoria. Additionally, the larger "Munxar" bus stop is just a short walk away and offers routes to Xlendi and Victoria via the 306 bus.

While there's no private parking garage on the property, guests will find plenty of free street parking available just a few metres up the road. This ensures hassle-free parking, even for multiple rental cars.
