The Space:

Come be one of the first to enjoy the splendor of this property, an excellent testament of the renaissance to come on Sanibel following Hurricane Ian in 2022. This home features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, two of which are master quarters and all of which located on opposing corners of the house. Bedrooms 1 and 2 both feature king and queen bed, respectively, and bathrooms with dual vanities and walk in showers, the larger bathroom also featuring a soaking tub and dual walk in closets. Guest bedroom one features two bunk beds, perfect for sleeping children within. Guest bathroom one features a shower/tub combo, perfect for bathing children in. Guest bedroom two is an office/bedroom hybrid and features a queen sized fold down Murphy bed and working area, perfect for sleeping members of the family that stay up late working. Guest bathroom two is located off of guest bedroom two and features a walk in shower. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa for overflow guests. Up to 12 guests can sleep in bedrooms with an additional capacity of 2 guests in the living room on the sleeper sofa.



Also includes high end street legal 6 seater golf cart as of November 2024!

Other Things to Note:

For reservations during the months of January, February, and March, rentals are available on a full calendar month basis only. Stays must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month. Partial-month stays, mid-month arrivals, or mid-month departures are not permitted during this period unless otherwise approved in writing by management.

Guests must complete a rental agreement

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We are available as often as we are needed but provide guests the privacy they require during their trip
