Ce trois chambres et deux salle de bains spacieuse maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous détendre. Profitez du plan d'étage spacieux, grande cuisine, véranda moustiquaire donnant sur la piscine et vue sur le golfe. Faites cuire votre poisson frais ou tout simplement réchauffer vos restes de l'un des fabuleux restaurants de Sanibel dans la grande cuisine. Votre client peut choisir parmi l'une des deux chambres, la premiÚre avec deux lits jumeaux confortables ou la seconde avec un lit confortable. La suite de la chambre principale dispose d'un systÚme de couleur apaisante, lit king size et dressing. Beautiful condo, fantastic location!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our very first trip to Sanibel Island! The condo was spacious & beautiful, well stocked kitchen (even had a keurig!!) and it even came with all the items needed for a beach day, right down to sand toys for my granddaughter. The pool was amazing and usually never crowded. A very short walk to the most beautiful beach, where we spent almost all our time. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores! I honestly can’t say enough fantastic things about this amazing condo! My family can’t wait to come back!

Spacious and comfortable condo in a great location!

This is an awesome condo on a great location My Husband, mother, three year old daughter and I recently spent 17 days staying on Sanibel in this condo. It was terrific. The condo was spacious and well taken care of. The grounds at Kings Crown were well kept, close to the beach and the pool and tennis courts were well maintained. The condo was also close to grocery stores, great running, nature trails and good restaurants. We already booked again for next year.

Wonderful vacation!

Everything was just as described. Easy walk to the beach and the pool. Unit sleeps 6 easily and comfortably. Kitchen is adequately stocked if you want to do your own cooking. Location is great for lots of different restaurant options if you don’t. Despite losing our last few days to a tropical storm, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would love to come back here again.

Great stay!

This unit was well stocked, well maintained, And just as described and pictured. The screened-in porch and large sliding glass doors in the living area were a great feature. The swimming pool was a great size and always very clean. Even though we were there on memorial Day weekend, the condo did not feel overly crowded. Sanibel, itself, though, was quite busy. So glad we chose to rent a unit in a condo with private beach access. The public beach access areas on Sanibel Island were always very crowded and parking was extremely limited. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted to. We called the property management company twice during our stay for small questions, and they always responded quickly and kindly. Super pleased with our stay and this condo.

Very spacious, wonderful property

Plenty of room for up to 6 people. Spacious kitchen, living room, and balcony area, nicely decorated in relaxed colors, no excess decorating, well equipped with cooking tools. Loved having the pool and being steps to beach. Quiet property.

Sanibel

This condo is in the perfect location on Sanibel Island. It is close to shopping and restaurants. The beach access is great!!! The screened in lanai allows you to enjoy the evening weather. The owners stock of beach supplies makes it easy to enjoy your time on the beach.

Unbelievably beautiful!

This condo was absolutely beautiful. It was in a great location and was so quiet. The porch/patio was sooo nice and comfortable. The people were so nice. We were there during Tropical Storm Eta. The rental company called to check on us. Highly recommend. Hope to go back. ❀

This was a first trip to Sanibel. I would recommend (and already have) this rental to family and friends. The AC stoped working and the manager was out with a crew to fix it within a few hours. Great service. We hope to rent this condo again in the future!!
