This second-floor condo offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, breathtaking views of the Bay/Gulf, a fully equipped kitchen, private stack washer and dryer, and all the comforts of home. The guest bedroom offers a murphy bed with custom cabinetry built-ins. Daily sightings of boats, dolphins, manatees, and other wildlife can be seen from many rooms throughout this stunning condo. Mariner Pointe #542 is conveniently located near the pool, pier, and BBQ grill area. No other complex offers access to a private fishing pier, 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, 6 BBQ areas, kayak float & racks, and 30 direct gulf access boat slips. Boat slips available for a fee.

Pictures Don't Do It Justice

Great location and beautiful condo. Much bigger than the pictures look and had great views of the water. Our 1.5 year loved all the space to play and the big windows. We would definitely stay again!

Clean with great water view.

The condo was very clean. Pool was nice and a great view of the back bay. Check-in was simple as was check-out. Saw 2 dolphins and a manatee only a few feet from the shore, as well as a lot of fish. Water was crystal clear. Only little thing was the downtown area with all the good restaurants was a little drive, 10 minutes, but definitely not walking distance, so a DD is needed or you will have to taxi or Uber it. The Island is great and the food options were numerous. Plenty of beaches and only have to pay to park. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely property on Sanibel Island

This property is almost right at the end of the causeway bridge -- which means that it has a sweeping view of the entire San Carlos Bay and the Causeway Bridge itself. The first morning we woke up and saw a mother dolphin and her baby a few feet away from the Boardwalk and Mariner Pointe dock. We watch them catching fish for at least 10 minutes - it was incredible. The property has clearly been carefully maintained and updated -- a small but high end kitchen has everything needed to make whatever type of meal desired. The owners conveniently provide MANY pots and pans as well as plastic storage containers for leftovers, chips, or what have you. This is the first time I've ever used a "drawer" dishwasher -- and this kitchen had two of them (one on top of the other). The owners have many beach towels and a cooler available in the utility closet as well as a beach umbrella and camping chair (plus other gear). The king size bed and the murphy bed were great. The queen size sofa bed was fine, and we ended up using the twin inflatable mattress that was stowed in the hammered metal side table next to the couch (it was one of the really nice inflatable mattresses that you just plug it in and push a button to inflate it to the desired pressure). So I guess in reality, you could sleep 7 people there as long as someone was willing to use the inflatable mattress on the floor and others were comfortable with 2 people per bed (our 3 kids each wanted their own bed -- sigh -- they used to be less picky). The dedicated parking stall for the unit was appreciated, but there are also guest parking spots that were just a few feet further away -- which would be great if a group had more than 1 car. We rented 5 bikes from Billie's Bike rentals and they delivered them and picked them back up for a small fee (around $15 in total). I can't emphasize enough how beneficial it is to have bikes in Sanibel -- you can go literally anywhere because the bike paths (often shaded) are incredible and it's wonderfully flat on the island -- so no huffing and puffing up hills -- and I must note that the car traffic is almost always crazy. It is MUCH faster to go wherever you want to go on bikes than it is via car. Turning left out of the Mariner Pointe access street is a little challenging in a car due to traffic -- so this is another reason why bikes are better. Sanibel Fresh was our favorite restaurant - I wish we had found it sooner! What a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean, nicely furnished and well equipped with nice kitchen pots and pans, silverware, glassware etc. The location is perfect and we’ll probably stay in this complex again. The beds are comfortable but I have one teeny tiny nit
.please get some comfortable bed pillows! Everything else was great.

Sanibel wedding vacation

Perfect property. Great views of the ocean . Beautifully decorated and great space for a group to interact together. We were married while staying here and we were able to comfortably entertain our family in the spacious great room. Close to beautiful beaches and dining , etc . We had a great visit and will definitely return again.

A Convenient Experience

When we first arrived at the condominium, we immediately noticed the perfect amount of space for a family of five. Although there were only two bedrooms, the pull-out bed in the living room made up for that one flaw. With a family of three children, it was very nice to only be a few steps away from the pool to play and relax. Not only is the condominium close to the pool, but it is also close to the pickle ball courts, the beach, and Grandma Dot’s restaurant. The best part of this place is that you can look out the window or go down to the boardwalk and watch the dolphins swim in the bay. The one downside of this location is that there is a lot of traffic, so if you want to get around the island, you are going to need to wake up early. Overall, this is a great place to stay for a few weeks and I would definitely come back and experience this incredible island again.

Amazing Views and Stunning condo

Nadia went above and beyond. For me delivering the key for me so that I would not have to drive down Periwinkle and all that traffic to get them I have a lot of anxiety in traffic. When I walked inside it looks exactly like the picture online it was absolutely gorgeous and the views worse stunning and amazing I never stayed on Sanibel and had a better view than that and my mother and I stay on Sanibel on the gulf every 3 months and weave try to outdo each other and picking places that were beautiful with the most gorgeous views! I highly recommend staying in this condo everyone was five star and I am so happy that again we chose a lovely place and we're so blessed that it looks just like the picture better than we could have ever expected thank you so much forgiving me a lovely experience even when it was freezing cold and raining most of the time that did not bother me at all because the views and the room were so gorgeous it was still worth the trip 100%

I would rate our stay in Sanibel just okay. The condo has a good location. It is close to the main road on Sanibel with all the restaurants and still has a view of the water. The condo was clean and quiet. There were a few things that would have deterred me from renting if I would have known ahead of time. - You have to drive all the way down to the other end of Sanibel in order to get the keys to the condo and also have to drive all the way back to return them. I have never stayed in a condo which did not have a keypad lock combination or have the property manager that met me at the property with the keys. We also had an early flight so we had to add 30 minutes to our drive time to the airport in order to drop the keys off in the morning. -when we got to the condo the grills had no propane. We promptly contacted the property management company to have the propane filled. They stated that they would send someone out to fill them. We decided to grill two nights later. The propane was never filled and required us to drive all the way to Baileys the grocery store and replace the bottle ourselves. Costing more money as well. After a second call, a maintenance man finally showed up the next and we informed him we had already replaced it because it took too long. He responded that we could have walked to a different unit and use their grills. Who wants to carry a bunch of meat to a different apartment in order to grill. - there is a very lightweight cabinet by the front door in which my 15 month old opened and when he opened the door the cabinet fell over on top of him. Luckily it was very light like I said so the only injury was a bruise on his face. -Lastly in your checkout paperwork there is a list of rules which I have never encountered in renting on VRBO before. It requires that you leave no more than three loads of laundry for the cleaning lady. The washer is so small I don’t even think it can fit a whole load of sheets so there we were washing towels at 4 o’clock in the morning. It also request that you remove all trash and load the dishwasher before you leave. These are some of the things that I would have probably done naturally but I have never had a rental tell me I “had” to complete these things prior to checkout especially when they already charge you a cleaning fee. If I would have known these things I would have probably rented somewhere else.
