Stunning Golf Course Estate in Beachview
Summary:
Welcome to Sunsets on the Green - A newly renovated, cul-de-sac situated, vacation rental of the highest caliber! Featuring five spacious bedrooms and four full bathrooms, a smart and intuitive floor plan, and a heated pool and spa, this sublime residence is situated in the Beachview community of Sanibel Island, FL just a short bike ride to the neighborhood-only beach access, restaurants, shopping, and more!
The Space:
Sunsets on the Green is an amenity rich cul-de-sac property, featuring a caged heated pool with integrated spa, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, recreation room, multiple outdoor lanais, and a built in outdoor BBQ area. The home itself is divided across five large bedrooms and four full bathrooms with an open concept living area serving as the nexus of the home, featuring a newly renovated kitchen complete with breakfast bar seating and island, dual dining tables (one overlooking the golf course and the other the cul-de-sac), and an expansive family room with sectional sofa and plantation style palm frond fans. The primary bedroom is located on the left side of the house, just off of the family room and across from the office/den (not pictured yet) which will be equipped with a sofa and desk. The three other bedrooms upstairs are located opposite the primary bedroom on the right side of the home. There is also a bonus bedroom and bathroom located downstairs. Detailed bedroom and bathroom descriptions are as follows:
Primary Bedroom: King bed, lanai access and en-suite primary bathroom featuring a gorgeous walk in shower complete with mural and dual vanity.
Guest Bedroom 1: King bed, sharing ensuite access to the jack and Jill bathroom with guest bedroom 2. Guest Bedroom 2: King bed, sharing ensuite access to the jack and Jill bathroom with guest bedroom 1. Guest Bedroom 3: queen bed with hallway access to the bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo and wood grain wall mounted single vanity. Guest Bedroom 4: King bed with access to the downstairs bathroom that features a large walk in shower.
The outdoor spaces at Sunsets on the Green are equally as impressive as the home's interior, featuring a built in BBQ grill, integrated pool/spa, and multiple seating areas all under one vaulted and screened cage. The upstairs lanai area features a large outdoor dining table and swing, which enjoys a sunset exposure to the west. The downstairs lanai features high top seating, a large flat screen TV, surfboard table, and a large sectional sofa with a table featuring a flame element. In terms of location, Sunsets on the Green is located within the Beachview Community of Sanibel Island, featuring a golf course, clubhouse, tennis, and more! Here guests can participate in tennis and golfing activities. As a public course, guests may utilize the facilities on a pay for use basis. For more information please inquire with our office on current pricing for golf and tennis programs at Beachview. Sunsets on the Green is also located incredibly close to a number of great restaurants, including Mud Bugs, El Cielo, Tutti Pazzi, and more!
Other Things to Note:
We ask guests to message us prior to placing a booking request so that we may review their party size and provide approval for any pets, if applicable. Pet friendly with prior approval ONLY! Bringing a pet that has not been approved in writing will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund. Guests must complete a rental agreement upon confirming their booking. The content of the rental agreement can be reviewed upon receipt.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We are available as often as needed, but provide guests the space they desire to enjoy their vacation in peace and serenity
