Additionally, the condo features two full bathrooms. Included are essentials such as in unit washer and dryer, wifi, hair dryer, microwave, range, refrigerator, and more. Additionally, guests have access to on site pool and tennis facilities, in addition to beach gear, including chairs, umbrella, floats, boogie boards, and much more.

Villa Sanibel is located in a highly desirable location, on West Gulf Drive. Extremely close to the beach but also a quick drive away from dining and shopping, this unit provides the optimal balance of vacationing in a tranquil setting yet being in the middle of it all within minutes.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to check in. The agreement will be sent upon booking by e-mail.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small. We are available through phone, text, e-mail, and in person any time assistance is needed and are equipped to handle any guest request.
