This dramatic condo has a fabulous corner location and private roof deck that makes the most of the views of the Gulf and the spectacular Pointe Santo grounds and lagoon. Fully remodeled from hurricane Ian and professionally redecorated to luxury standards. Complete with everything including a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Three flat-screen TVs with satellite service.

Pointe Santo's tropically landscaped grounds include swimming pool, hot tub, tennis, Pickle ball, and gas grills. With one of the best beaches on Sanibel, it is the ideal location to enjoy the Gulf and collect shells. It is close to several golf courses as well as fabulous restaurants, shops, boating, and fishing.

Sanibel Island is the ideal family vacation spot. 28 miles of bicycle paths crisscross the island and run right past the Pointe Santo complex. The famous 'Ding' Darling Wildlife Refuge is nearby.

Forced out by mandatory evacuation

I really love the property, however we only got to stay 3 days of the week we paid for. Hurricane Ian came and Sanibel had a mandatory evacuation. I have tried to reach the owner to see about a partial refund as we did not leave because we wanted to but because it was mandatory for the whole island. However he has not responded to our request or even answered our email.

Fab Sanibel Getaway!

This was our first time at Pointe Santo and it did not disappoint. Firstly, we loved the location on the Island. It was really great for cycling to the shops and to Ding Darling. We felt very connected to everything that Sanibel has to offer. Secondly, Pointe Santo itself is a very well-maintained resort-style place to stay. The grounds were immaculate and the staff were very friendly. Beach access was very easy too which gave the whole family a lot of opportunities to be independent and never feel as if we were too far away from each other. The Condo was immaculate, well furnished and equipped. We really appreciated having the extra outside space on the rooftop and lanai. The digital entry system worked wonders, again as a family we didn't have to worry about the number of keys we had access to. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider Pointe Santo again in the future. Thanks

Absolutely a Beautiful Condo. The online pics are nothing compared to the real view! We loved the location. Close to the beach, the tennis court, and a 5 minute bike ride to Docs's for an after-workout beer.

Home away from Home!

The condo was incredible, and equipped with all the convinces of home. The elevator for the building was very small which proved to be a little challenging for people with large families. However, the staff and condo manager were amazing and we are excited to return someday.

Beautiful property!

Love this complex and the unit we stayed in. The grounds are gorgeous, so clean snd well maintained. Very easy beach access. Our unit was just as pictured and described. Communication with the unit manager and check-in were easy. Our condo was spacious with a very well stocked kitchen. The only thing that it needed was a few more kitchen towels and a sponge to wash the dishes that couldn’t go in the dishwasher. There is a take one/leave one cupboard which had cooking spray, lots of spices, and and other ingredients which came in handy. The many light switches took a little getting used to. The views from the lanai and roof top deck were so beautiful! We’ll be back!

Condo and amenities were great. Property had a “hiccup” with a broken water main. However, the owner and property manager were responsive and accommodating to a partial refund for the facility’s issue. Would stay again

Another Great Week at Pointe Santo

The condo is very well appointed, just as described on VRBO. It was very easy to feel at home. A small but pleasant surprise was the "Take some - Leave some" drawer in which previous guests could leave non-perishables for others to use. We found the garlic salt particularly useful.

Sanibel shuffle

Checking in with this property was a breeze, just park and open the door! Unit was nice and clean. Was nice to have some spices in the cupboard. This unit is on the top floor, but you do have access to the elevator. The rooftop patio was a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Would rent this unit again!

The space inside was wonderful. We chose the this property because of the roof access. Unfortunately, it was under construction as were the outside stairs. We were awakened every morning to the sounds of construction. We were offered a refund but have yet to receive it.

Beautiful Condo....

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo! Super clean, kitchen full of amenities ... loved the "take some leave some" cabinet.... loved the shower in the Master bath.... beds really comfy. My Teens enjoyed the roof top! We had a power outage due to a storm and the owner was available and very helpful. We will stay her again!

Absolutely the best condo I’ve ever stayed in!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this condo in particular and about the property. The condo was updated, extremely clean, had everything we could possibly have needed and more. It had a beautiful view of the gulf and the grounds. We felt so lucky to have stayed there and we enjoyed our stay very much!! We would definitely book this unit again!

Best beach vacation on Sanibel yet

Our entire family loved staying at Pointe Santo in Sean’s condo. The roof deck offers an almost 180 degree ocean view! There was not one item that we needed or wanted that wasn’t available for use. They thought of everything from beach chairs to beach towels to coolers! Never have we had access to use these things at previous rentals. Any countertop appliance in the kitchen you could dream of they have it! Perfection! We normally stay at Sundial and this year decided to try something new. I am so grateful we did! This was a wonderful experience. It seems to be a quieter complex overall and offers outstanding beach access. In the past we always left our resort to go to other beaches. This time we stayed put! In the entire week we never saw a single piece of trash on the beach! Everything is so well kept. There are only a couple of drawbacks we saw at Pointe Santo-which have nothing to do with Sean’s condo. Objectively, the complex could use a second pool. There is a limit of 22 people at a time. It was usually okay for us, but were were not there in busy season. Admittedly, there probably isn’t room for a second pool or they would have done it. Additionally, Pointe Santo needs to take some steps to take control of the invasive green iguanas on the property.

Fabulous Unit

Renting was a breeze and the unit was even nicer than the photos! Very clean, updated, and well appointed. The rooftop deck provides amazing views of the gulf- a perfect spot for your morning coffee or after dinner drink. Highly recommend!
