Gorgeous Top Floor Beach Condo at Breakers West

Summary:
Breakers West C2 is a gorgeous two bedroom residence at the highly sought after Breakers West community. Fully renovated as of 2023, this residence is sure to impress through it's immaculately kept condition and fantastic location and amenities. Breakers West is a three story building with only 18 privately owned condos nestled among palm trees and hibiscus on beautifully manicured grounds. It is located only 100 yards from the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Its limited number of units and location on West Gulf Drive contributes to an uncrowded and relaxing vacation. The complex offers a heated swimming pool, BBQ grills and is conveniently located to the bike paths of Sanibel.

The Space:
This third floor unit is just feet from white sandy beaches and has been completely renovated with over 1200 square feet of spacious living area. The non-smoking condo offers two bedrooms and two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and an in-condo laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella are all provided for guest use. The gorgeous remodeled kitchen has quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and is outfitted with everything guests will need for a fantastic stay, even if they are cooking in! The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom which has a spacious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen TV and private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The living room has a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV inside an entertainment console. The unit features a fantastic oversized patio that overlooks the lush, green, grounds and community pool. Set far back from West Gulf drive and just far enough from the beach, guests will enjoy an unparalleled level of tranquility and relaxation at Breakers West C2.

Guest Access:
Guests may access the heated community pool, BBQ grills, and private Breakers West beach access. They also enjoy access to the outdoor shower and bike rack on site.
***Please note: only one parking spot included with each rental and no trailer, RV or boat parking allowed on site.***

The Neighborhood:
Breakers West is located in the West Gulf neighborhood of Sanibel, one of the finest and most sought after on all of Sanibel Island. As one of the very few rental properties on the upper portion of West Gulf Drive, this location is considered especially desirable as the pristine beaches are much less crowded than a more centrally located residence on Middle or East Gulf drive, where many large condominium complexes are located. In this neighborhood there are many luxurious homes and villas, but few rental properties and condos, making for an especially exclusive beach experience.

Getting Around:
We recommend car or bikes for getting around Sanibel.

Guests must complete a rental agreement following booking confirmation
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

The property was just as described! The condo was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfortable as well!Short walk down the seashell walkway to the beach which was rarely busy at all; like a private beach!Missed the elevator initially, so don’t go lugging your bags up the steps, use the elevator in the middle of the unit! We would definitely come back!

Wonderful location

We had a nice stay at Breakers West. There was plenty of room for two couples. Each bedroom had a very nice bathroom with showers and great water pressure! The condo is super clean. Our weather could have been warmer but this property was comfortable to be inside. Very close walk to the beach and restaurants were a close ride. We would all stay here again.

Returning to Pelicans Roost

After having stayed at Pelicans Roost for many years we were happy to be able to return and see the recovery from Hurricane Ian and the two hurricanes in the fall of last year. The building and condo renovations are excellent. We enjoyed visiting Sanibel again and the completely renovated facilities at Pelicans Roost.

Almost there

The condo is in a great condition. If I had stayed maybe a year from now I would have rated it 5 stars because it was lacking several key items that will I am sure be added in time. The elevator in the building is not restored/working so we had to carry all our things up three flights. There was no curtain on the sliding door and since it was turtle nesting season we had to keep lights off in the main living room. And the lack of dresser in the master bedroom was inconvenient for counter space, but the closet was so big so it was not a big issue. Overall a beautiful place.

Great place to stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and had plenty of room! The only downside was that the elevator didn't work and we were on the third floor. We were told that ahead of time so that doesn't lower my rating!😊 We would highly recommend!

Sanibel Getaway

My friends and I had a marvelous time in Sanibel staying at your gorgeous condo! It was recently renovated and so beautiful, with all of the nautical touches and decorations. We loved going to the beach many times daily for walks, swimming, and appreciate that you provided beach chairs/umbrella, boogie boards and floats! The location was perfect, and the shell selection was the best on the island! Our beach was so private and quiet, and each day stunning views! We will fdefinitely be back again!
