The Space:
The residence itself is a three bedroom, three bath, two story home on Sanibel Island surrounded by lush vegetation and a well manicured yard. The bottom story is comprised of an expansive garage and small den area with air conditioning and a large flat screen TV (not pictured). In this area guests will find bikes and kayaks for their use. The top story is where guests will find all of the living and sleeping areas, from the kitchen to living room to three bedrooms and bathrooms. All of these areas have been extensively renovated and furnished in a costal style. The sprawling master bedroom features a large king bed, vaulted ceiling with LED fan, and wall mounted flat screen TV, in addition to an en-suite bathroom and barn door leading to the living room. The first and second guest bedrooms feature two twin beds and a queen bed, respectively. Each bedroom enjoys its own fully renovated bathroom, one with a walk in shower and the other with a shower/tub combination. The living room features an expansive sectional leather sofa and 70 inch wall mounted TV with entertainment center. The ceilings in this room are 12 feet tall, making the acoustical resonance perfect for enjoying your favorite series or movie. The kitchen features quartz countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and a large island with built in sink basin. Guests who cook at home will appreciate that the kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for preparing gourmet meals. Located adjacent to the kitchen guests will find a large dining table capable of seating six adults comfortably. The residence also features a large laundry room with washer and dryer. Finally, the home features a large patio to the left of the front door perfect for enjoying an early morning coffee or afternoon drink on while staring into the lush vegetation opposite you.

At a community level, Island Woods features a large heated pool to relax in and multiple tennis courts, perfect for spending your more active days while on vacation. Guests enjoy full access to these amenities during their stay. The pool and tennis courts are just a short 2-3 minute stroll from the front door of this residence.
