Featuring picturesque landscapes of beach reeds, Seagrapes, and Buttonwood trees, foreshadowing the lush 14 acres of tropical beachfront this property sits on, one can easily understand why so many have adopted this community as their vacation spot of choice year after year. Shell Island Beach Club consists of 15 buildings in totality, many of which are available only on a timeshare basis and some, such as this residence, that are privately owned and available for rental year round.

This unit is located on sunny Sanibel island, specifically on the East End. Shell Island Beach Club faithfully represents its laid back nature and sublime beauty. Getting Around:
The unit is located 45 min from RSW Fort Myers. Rental cars, Ubers or taxis are the best means to get here. Upon arrival to Sanibel, we recommend bikes to get around.

Other Things to Note:
We require guests to complete a construction/amenity access acknowledgement and liability waiver prior to their check in date
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small. We are available through phone, text, e-mail, and in person any time assistance is needed and are equipped to handle any guest request.
