Enjoy our furnished screened-in lanai to enjoy the afternoon island breezes among the palm trees. A short walk to Bowman's Beach and a short bike ride to J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge, Blind Pass is the perfect home base to explore the incredible shelling, birding, dolphins, sunsets and more, that Sanibel has to offer. This 2-bedroom unit is a spacious (1,250 sq. ft.) first floor unit, which has been completely renovated with blue coastal decor. This enhanced condo has all new flooring and furniture throughout. The main living area and open kitchen are inviting and perfect for entertaining family or groups of friends.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The primary bedroom has a King bed with new mattress and an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The second beach-themed bedroom has two brand new queen mattresses. Both bathrooms have been fully renovated including new floors, tiled showers, vanities and fixtures with comfort height toilets. The condo layout with living area between each bedroom/bathroom offers ample space and privacy for two couples or a family.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is completely renovated with granite counters, brand new stainless steel appliances and lovely white maple cabinetry. You'll find all the dishes, pots and pans needed in your home away from home. The kitchen is open to the main living area with a large central island and counter seating.

Dining and Living Room: The dining room table will easily accommodate 6 for dinner. The living room also has a pull-out queen size sofa bed to accommodate overflow.
