The East End of the island holds special appeal. Itâs the most convenient area for off-island access via the Sanibel Causeway, meaning less traffic and quicker trips to the mainland. The East End also features the historic Sanibel Lighthouse, fishing pier, scenic beaches, charming shops, and quiet residential streets.
Its location makes it perfect for those who want to explore the island by bike or on foot, enjoy less crowded beaches, and access the best of Sanibel and beyond with ease.

The condo features a remodeled, open-concept floor plan that brings the kitchen, dining, and living areas together, creating a bright, airy space perfect for families and groups. After a beach day, unwind with Smart TVs and Xfinity Cable, and sink into the comfort of brand-new guest bed mattresses for a truly restful night. Take a ride on the two beach cruiser bikes provided and explore the island at your own pace.
Remodeled Open Layout:
Enjoy a more open, inviting flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areasâideal for relaxing together, sharing meals, and making vacation memories.
Smart TVs and Xfinity Cable make it easy to stream your favorite shows and enjoy downtime after a day in the sun.
We have upgraded bed mattresses to ensure guests sleep comfortably and wake up refreshed.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom: King bed + en suite full bathroom
Guest Bedroom: Built for flexible group sleepingâperfect for families, kids/teens, and friend groups, Twin-over-Queen bunk bed (twin on top, queen on bottom) plus a separate Queen bed. This is a great setup for maximizing occupancy while still offering comfortable, full-size sleeping options. There is also a Pack ' N Play in the unit!

Sanibel is very bike-friendly, with bike paths separate from the road throughout the island. Some of the best parts of Sanibel are best experienced at a slower pace, especially spotting wildlife while biking. 2 bikes are included for your stay. Inquire with Caihlin about additional bike rentals!
Loggerhead Cay 472 is located on Sanibel Islandâs peaceful East End, where getting around is part of the fun. Most guests find that a car isnât always necessary once they arrive â the island is compact, calm, and designed for biking and walking.
Two complimentary bikes are provided for your stay, perfect for exploring Sanibelâs 25+ miles of scenic bike paths, local cafĂ©s, and the historic Sanibel Lighthouse just a short ride away.
If you prefer to drive, free on-site parking is available, and most island attractions, shops, and restaurants are within a 5â10 minute drive.
Taxis and ride-share options are limited on the island, but local bike and car rental companies can deliver directly to the condo.
