Overall, the condo was great, amazing view, close to the beach and nice pool. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our problem, and it’s a big one, is the condo was dirty! The floor I don’t believe had been cleaned as evidenced by our dirty feet after just walking over it the first day. After a couple of days, we realized we were eating off of dirty dishes and silverware. We were not told there was a problem with the dishwasher and discovered dirty silverware and the strainer had been used and not cleaned. I realize that is not an owner problem. But imagine finding out you have been eating off of other people‘s dirty dishes.

Everything was lovely! The condo was clean and spacious. This was the first time we had a gulf front view and we loved it. The bed in the master was comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed ( wine opener). We love Sanibel and Loggerhead Cay has a great pool and easy access to the beach. Only suggestion would be a rug at the entrance to trap sand…. No matter how hard you try to keep the sand away, it

Beautiful Ocean Views & Relaxing Getaway!

We had a great time during our stay! The place was lovely—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The views of the ocean were absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed waking up to them each morning. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals, and access to both the beach and the pool was quick and easy. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband, daughter, daughter's boyfriend, & a dear friend all stayed in the condo. We used the sofa bed for the 5th guest (boyfriend). The condo was very well equipped & had a beautiful view!! You couldn't have gotten a better view from this entire property! My husband meant to look & see what the brand was on the king sized mattress. It was very comfortable! The no see'ums were the only problem on our vacation, so future guests need to plan for that. I highly recommend this condo! Very spacious & very comfortable!

Beautiful place!

The description did not lie! We had a well appointed, very clean and spacious condo with full gulf front views. All the furnishings appeared to be quite new, and a brand new. 65” television was installed during our stay. The beach was just a couple of minutes down the path, and our hosts provided four beach chairs, two umbrellas, and even a shell scoop. Sanibel itself is still recovering from the hurricanes, but we still had a wonderful visit and hope to return!

Perfect stay & ideal location

I will preface this review by saying this unit was clearly updated with entirely new furnishings and finishes, presumably needed due to damage from Hurricane Ian. The overarching takeaway from our stay is this: the unit has one of the best locations & waterfront views of any place we've stayed on Sanibel, and we've been coming here for 17 years now. It is clean, has all the basics you would need, and it was even better than what was pictured (some photos hadn't been updated to reflect the new furnishings yet). I just want to mention a couple of things of note (as of 9/28/24) for future renters. These in no way take away from the value of the stay: Amenities list beach towels but we did not find any in the unit, so make sure to bring your own. There are 4 nice reclining beach chairs. There are 2 beach umbrellas and 1 auger. The kitchen is fully equipped; the coffee maker is a dual machine & we left plenty paper filters there, but you can use k-cups too. There were no paper towels provided so keep that in mind. Some outlets are a little loose so I was glad I brought an extension cord. The wifi is fast, beds are comfy, plenty of extra blankets if needed. There is nothing negative to say about this rental. The owner even reached out to us offering us to stay there longer for no additional charge if our travel was affected by Helene, which was just so generous. We already said we would book this beautiful unit first in the future before even looking elsewhere!

A fantastic and relaxing sisters vacation!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Very clean and well furnished. A Very comfortable and relaxing environment. It was so nice to have our morning coffee on the ocean front balcony with the most gorgeous view of the beach and ocean. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Located right next to the beach snd close to the pool. We can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We are booking this condo for next year already!

Great condo in Sanibel!

Our family had a great week in Sanibel! We really enjoyed having such amazing views and close beach access, literally steps to the beach access! The unit was clean, had great amenities (pool in the complex, washer/dryer in unit, full kitchen) and check in was easy. For such a comfortably furnished condo though, the lanai furniture was definitely not up to par and left a bit to be desired. Some updated, comfortable furniture would make this a place to call home for the week.

Overall stay was great. They need to update some of the amenities, the coffeemaker, the current one is a brewer but also has a single Kcup brewing option. I would have packed a few cups for my daily one cup of coffee instead of buying ground coffee and bringing coffee filters. If there are beach towel available we didn’t find them. We had brought a few so no big deal. Didn’t want to use/ruin the white bath towels supplied at the beach. The sunrises are gorgeous and you have a great view from the balcony and living room! Beach is wonderful with plenty of shells!!

Great beachfront location

We had a great time staying in this condo - the beach access is awesome. The views from the lanai were perfect for my elderly father who wasn't much on actually going to the beach, but he could see everyone and people watch. Everything was pretty convenient, and it's always nice to have a washer/dryer in the condo. Sanibel was busier than normal this year, so the beach was more crowded than we're used to, but all in all, it was a very nice vacation.

Amazing location!

Lewis was friendly and quick to respond to all my questions before arrival. The property is fantastically located overlooking the beach! It has an amazing view and is less than 5 minutes from the water. The rental includes the option to borrow chairs and umbrellas, making it one less thing to lug along on trips. Overall, I had a great stay.
