• We welcome guests of all ages. However, the Ocean Spa, Aquarian Baths, Indoor Pool, and Turtle Cove Beach are adult-only areas welcoming guests 13 years and older. Minimum age of 16 for Spa Treatments. Children are allowed in the indoor pool from 6-10 pm
• Cribs and cots: FREE but please notify our team upon booking (Reservation required and subject to availability)
• On-site laundry and dry-cleaning services are available. Pricing can be found in your room closet
• Pool hours: Indoor Pool 8am-10pm; Outdoor pool 8am - 6pm
• Sauna & Hot Tub hours: 8am - 10pm
• Upon arrival, an $11.25 per person per night Service Charge will be collected, which covers the gratuity payment for housekeeping, bell desk and concierge
• Please note there is a 17% service fee for any food and beverage and spa purchased offerings. This is mandatory and is applied to the guest bill
• There is a delivery fee of $7.50 per delivery for breakfast room service

• The modes of public transportation are buses and ferries. Bus stops are located approximately 5 minutes (away) outside of the resort. The closest ferry terminal is in Dockyard which is 5-10 minutes from the property. The resort offers a complimentary shuttle service (July - October) to the ferry terminal in Dockyard
