Experience the charm of Town Neck Beach in our newly renovated Coastal Cape! Recently benefiting from a significant sand dredging operation in the Cape Cod Canal, the shoreline now boasts a stunning, smooth sandy expanse. The iconic Sandwich Boardwalk is a mere 0.3 miles away from our doorstep.
Nestled in the sought-after seaside community of Town Neck Beach, our completely refurbished home offers a haven to unwind and escape the ordinary.

The open living space on the first floor features hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace, AC, and a 55” 4K Smart TV. With dining space for 8 guests and an additional 3 spots at the island, our fully equipped kitchen makes it a breeze to whip up a delicious meal or savor local cuisine. Start your day with ease using either the Keurig or the 12-cup coffee machine. Air fryer, blender and other useful appliances get you all set up for success. For added convenience, find a first-floor washer/dryer and a full bathroom. Laundry detergent and basic cleaning supplies are provided.

The first-floor bedroom boasts a queen bed and a 43” 4K Smart TV. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king bed, a 55” 4K Smart TV, a spacious closet, and a small office space for those needing to work while away. The third bedroom features 3 twin beds and a large closet. All mattresses are hypoallergenic and provide a peaceful night's sleep, aided by blackout curtains. For 2024, enjoy the added ease of included bed linens, mattress pads, coverlets, blankets, and pillows. An *****extra rollaway twin bed is available upon REQUEST for use in either the master or twin bedroom.******

Beyond the comforts of our home, borrow our beach wagon for a quick stroll to the shore, bring bikes for family-friendly rides, or relax on the deck with our patio set and Charbroil propane grill. Make use of our outdoor storage shed for games like cornhole, and let the kids play in the fenced-in backyard. Wind down in the evening by the outdoor fire pit, creating lasting vacation memories.

Lovely House Near the Beach

This was our first time staying here and we were happy with our choice. The house was lovely- newly renovated and beautifully decorated. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable with good quality sheets and towels. We enjoyed the back deck and the gas fireplace. The location is great for walking to the beach and to the Tree House Brewery/Beergarden. Dan and Desiree were great to communicate with and very responsive hosts.

Delightful stay in Sandwich!

My husband and I, along with our two friends, had the opportunity to visit Sandwich over Memorial Day weekend. This gorgeous house was the perfect place to stay. We could walk to town for sandwiches or ice cream, walk to Treehouse Brewing for beer and walk to the beach. The house was pristine and had everything we needed. Nothing but Charm

This charming cottage was absolutely perfect, located in the charming town of Sandwich. It was a great starting point to visit Salem, Boston, Plymouth, Woods’s Hole, Chatham and others. The cleanliness, neatness, organization and decor were top notch. Plus, so many little touches that made it feel like a home. Loved spending my 75th birthday there with my girlfriends.

Dan and Desiree are outstanding to deal with in every way. This home is immaculate and was absolute perfection for my family. The neighborhood is so quiet and everything you need is not more than a few miles away. We loved all the recommendations from Dan and Desiree. The bike path was fun, the food at the local restaurants tremendous, and MOST OF ALL comfy beds that welcomed us after a long day of fun. Will stay here again!

Perfect beach house in a quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to the Town Beach. Grocery shopping and good restaurants were all nearby in the lovely town of Sandwich. The owners were extremely accomodating and easy to communicate with. So glad we extended our stay by a few days to enjoy the great fall weather during the off season.

Great property in beach neighborhood

The house was so comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were attentive and easy to contact before, during, and after our stay. We really did not need much, however, as every detail was thought of in advance by our hosts, from the welcome packet to the lavender pillow spray in each bedroom. It’s a great location, within walking distance to the beach and just a short drive to the Canal, restaurants, shops, etc. We hope to return in the future!!

Wonderful!

My family rented this house for a week, and we had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house is clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, and provisioned with everything you could possibly need. It felt as close to home as we've ever felt on a vacation. The house is located very close to Town Neck beach, and the hosts provided many thoughtful touches to ensure a great beach vacation (the wagon was especially helpful!).
