As you enter the home, you'll head down the hallway to the spacious, open living area, which is divided into two distinct spaces. One area is perfect for unwinding and watching your favorite shows on the TV, while the other provides a cozy spot for reading or conversation. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals, featuring stainless steel appliances, a functional island with seating for two, and a dining area for enjoying meals together.

Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed on the second floor, with a private door leading to a balcony with views of Cape Cod Bay. The balcony offers seating to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink while taking in the fresh sea air.

Window AC units are in each bedroom and two additional units are in the main living areas, ensuring cool comfort throughout the home.

Outside, enjoy the fresh air from the deck off the living area, which offers ample seating for dining or relaxing. Steps lead down to a gas grill along the driveway, perfect for barbecues. The small backyard features a firepit for evening gatherings, and an enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
