About the property
Set over one floor, Sunset Cottage is a beautiful interior-designed bungalow with everything you will need for a memorable retreat with your nearest and dearest. Enjoy an open-plan living space, a large lawned garden with a luxury swim spa and five stylish bedrooms with sumptuous soft furnishings. Should you wish to explore the area, walking trails begin from the doorstep, or you can explore all that Kent has to offer, including water sports, shopping, dining and exploring.

The space
This lavish bungalow begins with an extensive living space which comprises a lounge, a dining room and a modern kitchen. It has been designed with socialising in mind and guarantees a superb spot to gather with family and friends. The lounge is complete with an L-shaped sofa and a Smart TV, while the large dining table seats ten with views of the garden.

Over in the kitchen, you'll have access to a host of high-tech appliances, along with bar stools for a quick bite to eat or a chat with the designated chef of the group.

There are five uniquely designed bedrooms, including a super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a large bedroom with two super king-size beds and a Jack and Jill bathroom leading to a further king-size bedroom. There is also a bunk bedroom and another king-size bedroom, both of which share the family bathroom.

If you wish to keep up your fitness routine on holiday, the gym features a range of fitness equipment for a complete workout.

Outside, you will have access to one acre of manicured gardens, designed by the well-known gardener Anthony du Gard Pasley. The space comprises a patio where you can relax on the rattan garden set and large spectacular pentagon shape decking area where you can dine alfresco or serve up a feast on the BBQ. The little ones will also benefit from an outdoor play area with swings and slides.

It doesn't stop there, the 8-meter-long swim spa is the ultimate luxury at any time of year. Simply choose your own pool and hot tub temperature (up to 40 degrees) and enjoy.

Spa pool is emptied, cleaned, and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that it will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.
