These lovingly restored properties have been owned the same family for over 100 years and are located next door to one another, providing the perfect space for multi-generational groups or friends seeking a relaxing and peaceful family break. Poplar Farm House retains many period features, including high ceilings, picture windows, wooden floors and fireplaces. The Old Barn, which is just next door is a bright and airy converted space, opening onto unspoilt garden and fields beyond, ideal for children to explore. Both properties boast ample living spaces, well-equipped kitchens and large gardens, making them the perfect place for a relaxing and memorable stay. Poplar Farm really is a wonderful choice for multi-generational families, friends or golfers looking for an idyllic break in the Garden of England.

House Rules
We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
