Welcome to our Town Neck Beach home! We're so happy to share this special place with you. When we first discovered this neighborhood, we fell in love with the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The nearby bike and running trails are some of our favorites, and there's nothing better than lounging in the pool or a long walk on the beach to slow things down and soak it all in. No matter the time of year, you will definitely feel like you are on that much deserved vacation when you are here! We hope you enjoy our home and this beautiful corner of Sandwich as much as we do.
Let us Tell You About This Home:
Experience the charm of modern coastal living as you enter this beautifully updated home, complete with inviting indoor spaces and a private backyard oasis.
On the main level, you're greeted by an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, creating an easy flow for gathering and entertaining. The kitchen offers everything you need for meal prep, and a slider opens directly to the backyard oasis.
Outside, you'll find an inviting heated plunge pool (4 feet deep), a stone patio, and a fully equipped outdoor living area. The built-in outdoor kitchen features a gas grill and refrigerator. A fire pit and gas grill, both hard-lined to natural gas, mean you'll never run out of fuel, making sunny afternoons and evening cookouts easy and enjoyable. Dedicated outdoor amenities include a dining table, Adirondack chairs arranged around the fire pit, and two pool lounge chairs, completing this ideal outdoor setup.
Back inside on this level, you'll find the first-floor bedroom and a full bathroom:

Head downstairs to the lower level, where an additional living space provides the perfect hangout zone. A sectional couch makes it easy to settle in for movies or games, and a high-top seating area offers another comfortable spot to watch TV or enjoy snacks. This level also includes a full bathroom and the added convenience of a full-size refrigerator, ideal for stocking extra drinks and groceries:

Continuing up to the second floor, you'll discover two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. Both upstairs bedrooms offer access to Juliet balconies overlooking the pool, each with its own private perch for enjoying the coastal breeze.
