Located in historic downtown Sandusky with a short walk to many resturants, bars, shopping, marina, parks, and Ferry's to the islands. You are able to walk to the ferry's that travel to Put-in-Bay, Cedar Point, and Kelley's Island. The condo is located in a private gated community. Cedar Point and Sports Force are only 4 miles from the condo. Kalahari is only 7 miles from the condo. Dockage is available at Paper District Marina right next door.

You are just a stone's throw away from everything that Sandusky has to offer when you stay in this condo! Spend your days at Cedar Point, strolling along the waterfront, dining in local restaurants, or hopping on the ferry to Put N Bay, Kelley's Island, or Cedar Point. When you return to the condo the peaceful and scenic escape awaits!

As you step into the loft, you are immediately drawn to the wall of the windows showcasing Lake Erie and amazing sunsets. You will have front row seats to some of the most stunning sunsets over the water, painting the sky in hues, of gold, pink, and deep orange. Step out onto the private balcony and take in the scenery. Relax on the balcony where you can gaze into the exceptional sunset and views of the sparkling pool.

The open ended concept is designed for both relaxation and connection. A comfortable sectional sofa invites you to lounge while enjoying the views or catching a movie on the smart TV. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to host a meal and gather with friends and family.

The master bedroom suite is located on the main floor of the condo and has a king bed. The stylish master bedroom and bathroom feature a modern design and elegance for your comfort. The second bathroom is on the main floor of the condo as well.

The loft area is wide open with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds for your comfort. The KIDS only room that is Avengers themed has 2 twin beds and a Super Nintendo waiting for you to play.

** Please note that we do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to booking.

** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. VIOLATORS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FINES IMPOSED BY OUR CONDO ASSOCIATION/CITY AND SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.

** Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our condo. The total number of guests permitted
inside the condo at one time is 10 guests. Security camera/recording device are in the hallways and exterior area of the building complex are video recorded. No recording devices are inside the unit. Tampering with any monitoring device will also result in immediate removal without refund.

**A drip coffee maker is available in the condo with both regular and decaf coffee.

**There is no traditional cable on the TV's in the condo. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.

** The outdoor pool and hot tub are seasonal and they are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but this could vary depending on temperatures and weather permitting.

**Periodically, the association may perform maintenance/projects from time to time without notice to the owners. This may result in unusable amenities, obstructed views, and noise.

**There are washer and dryers in the building for guests to use that accept credit card.

**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the condo or on the balcony.

** Local guests must contact host before booking.

** The building complex does not permit parking for trailers, boats, RVs, or other oversized vehicles. There is a public parking lot nearby for them, but it is not gated or monitored.

** Pets are not permitted and there are no exceptions.
