The house is situated in an urban neighborhood only a mile from the heart of downtown Sandusky. Most of the neighbors are full-time residents. The house sits on a street that sees a lot of pedestrian and automotive traffic. It is a main road into Sandusky and gives guests easy access to Cedar Point, Sport Force, and Lake Erie Islands.

Enjoy free on street parking, a grassy back lot with cement area, and a relaxing front porch deck. Inside features an open floor plan with comfortable living space, dining area, and modern kitchen. Kids will love the Mario-themed playroom with bunk beds, a Nintendo Switch, and a second TV. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a full size bed. A washer and dryer is available for your convenience during your stay.
