This charming home offers a cozy and comfortable living space and three comfy bedrooms. One with a king bed, another a queen, and the third bedroom features two twins and a full, providing plenty of room for the whole family or a group of friends. You'll find two bathrooms, both featuring shower/tub combos. Plush linens and towels are provided for your stay.

Large windows throughout Dover Wheelhouse provide plenty of natural light. The open floor plan and sunshine throughout home create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. While here, when you're not exploring all the outdoor possibilities, you'll have a great time playing board games, enjoying a movie on the smart tv or whipping up a great dinner.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and all the pots and pans to cook up a delicious dinner. For your convenience, there's also a washer and dryer in the laundry room.

The hardwood floors bring a cozy, charming feel to the space, while the central heating and cooling keep you comfortable all year long. Parking is off-street and just a few feet from the home.

The home is nestled in the Dover Bay Waterfront Community, with 9 miles of walking and biking trails, as well as acres of beaches and parks. Just a short walk away is DISH at Dover Bay, a fine-dining restaurant with patio seating in the summer and cozy igloos during the winter.

You are in easy walking distance of Dover Bay Marina, with temporary moorage available for guests, so if getting out on Lake Pend Oreille with your boat is in your plans, this is the spot for you.

Dover City Park and Beach is just a 4-minute walk, where you can catch some rays on the beach and enjoy the mountain views beyond.

We welcome your dogs, but please no more than two 30 pounds dogs, with payment of the per pet per night fee.

Property is available as a 30 day or more rental between October 1, 2025 and May 1, 2026. Longer terms, 6 to 7 months, are welcome.

We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise.

MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.
