Custom Cabin: Great location, Hot Tub, & more!

The Huckleberry Haus is a custom cabin (not a condo) that sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably! It sits on a private lot that backs up against a creek. With ample parking, heated garage, hot tub, and close proximity to the village and hiking trails, you are sure to have a wonderful adventure here! Its less than a mile from the Schweitzer Mountain Village and a 3-minute drive to any of the parking lots.

The Main House has a private king bedroom, a full bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo. It also has a loft with two twin beds that’s perfect for the kiddos. If you prefer not to sleep in the loft, the sofa pulls out into a queen size sleeper for extra sleeping space.

Separate from the main house and just across the deck is the Guest Cottage with a queen bed and private bathroom and shower.

Great place on Schweizer Mtn.

Awesome place to stay on the Mtn during our vist to the area for a week in summer. Can't speak to how it is in the winter months, But based on our stay in the summer it has to be over the top fantastic.

Gorgeous Cabin in Nature

We were impressed with Huckleberry Haus. The place was very well stocked and even had family games we could play on the one rainy day we had. The place was new with high quality appliances and the spacious garage was an added bonus. It was a treat to use the hot tub at the end of a busy day.

Beautiful Location and Property

This was a great place to stay! Excellent location for accessing the ski area. Unfortunately we were most going into town which made the mountain road a bit more cumbersome, but that is on us. Even with that, we would stay here again. The house was clean and well maintained, small but spacious, and we felt right at home right away. The loft ladder was a bit tricky to navigate, but our children had no problem going up and down and made their stay feel extra special with the 'kids' space being separate. Brandon and Rachel were very responsive when we had questions or issues (only a very minor thing with a fan occured), and resolved quickly.

Cozy Home Away From Home

You can tell the owners truly thought of ways to make the stay easy for families. We had plenty of space for our family of 5. It was so easy to get ready for skiing and drive to the lower lot and hop on the lift. We had two runs in before opening bell! The sledding hill added another layer of fun to our stay. The kids played on the hill for hours. We really appreciated the storage containers so we could easily pack lunches and snacks for the day. The hosts were so kind and easy to work with and quick to communicate!

Winter Stay

Had a great stay for 3 nights with our family. Easy acceas to the mountain and the town of Sandpoint is a quick 20 minute drive down the mountain. Plenty of parking for our 3 cars. Very clean property and well maintained. Hot tub was spacious. Overall had a great stay and would highly recommend!

Great location

Our family of four stayed here for four nights. The house was fantastic. It was so close to skiing but was very private. Unfortunately the ski conditions were not the best but we were happy to get back to the house and use the hot tub and just hang out. The beds were comfortable, the entire place felt new and clean, and the kitchen was well appointed with all the basics needed.

Great place!

The property and home are absolutely beautiful!! Feels very homey and comfortable. The only issue we had is the fan above the loft. My sister wacked her head pretty good on that thing and probably should have gotten stitches (owners should probably consider getting the fan moved). Other than that the stay was absolutely wonderful!!
