About The Property

The heart of the property is a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, ideal for socialising, relaxing, and creating lasting memories. The golden sands of Sandown are just a five-minute drive, offering water sports and family fun, and merge into Shanklin, home to the charming Chine and Old Village. History enthusiasts can explore Osborne House, Carisbrooke Castle, the Lavender Farm, and the Donkey Sanctuary. With coastal paths, excellent local dining, and a variety of attractions nearby, there is never a dull moment on the island.



Guest Essentials Important Information



Guests can choose to pay a non-refundable damage waiver (£100) or provide a pre-authorised security deposit (£500) before check-in. (The deposit is only charged if damage is reported within 7 days after departure.)



Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome (£35 per pet, per week). Please bring your own pet bedding and add pets at booking so the fee is included. If undeclared pets are discovered, the fee will be requested separately.



Electric Vehicles: No on-site charger; use of mains electric for car charging is prohibited. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged, additional costs may apply.

No smoking or vaping indoors.

Linens and towels provided (please bring beach towels and cot linen).
