Please note the pool is typically turned off heating in `off peak season` therefore if it`s needed to be turned on for a booking it can take 24 hours to heat up. Please just check with us.


You may be asked to move dates slightly over Peak season to work in with our cleaners. Thank you in advance 🙏

Garage is not for guest use, however there are 2 spaces in the driveway and lots of on street parking.

Whilst we welcome our guests furry family members it is strictly one pet only per stay.
Firewood and kindling are not provided but can be purchased from the service station on the way into Sanctuary Point.
All guests and visitors permitted at this premise;

- No parties or schoolies to be at our property
- We have a ‘no sand’ policy so please wash off sand when you return from the beach before entering the house.
- No smoking inside or on the balcony
- We have a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, please respect our neighbours and come inside by 10pm
- Please don’t allow kids to eat on furnishings or in bedrooms.
- Please ensure guests return all items to games room before leaving
- Please do not leave A/C on for long lengths of time or when you are not there.

Pet Rules
- We allow small non-shedding dog only inside, all other dogs MUST be outside.
- No pet is allowed on our furnishings, please (including beds), we recommend that guests bring your own pet bed
- Please don`t allow your pet to be in the pool (nightmare to clean dog fur in the filter)
- Pets are not to be left inside the house unattended
- Please ensure you pick up dog belongings and place in council bins at the entry of the complex (not inside)

Please ensure checkout instructions checklist You can expect the house to be spotlessly clean. In return we expect you to keep the house in a similar way when you depart.

Please note; If extra cleaning fees are incurred, this will be charged on to the guest.
