The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make mealtime a breeze, while amenities like a washer/dryer, WiFi, and air conditioning ensure comfort throughout your stay.

Outside, the property invites you to dine al fresco, BBQ on the grill, or relax on the balcony or patio. Water sports enthusiasts will love the paddle boat and stand-up paddleboards provided. The fenced perennial garden and spacious lawn offer ample room for relaxation and play. The main area has a ceiling fan, each bedroom has a floor fan, and an AC on the main area that should cool the whole floor. The basement stays cool year round so no fans down there.

Our customer support team is available to assist you daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Staircase: Please note that our charming property features a unique spiral staircase. While it adds a unique architectural touch, it's important to know that the staircase is tight and may pose a challenge for older individuals or young children. Exercise caution and ensure supervision if you have mobility concerns or are traveling with little ones.

Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!

Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.

Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that decks will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!

Please remember to bring your own beach towels if you plan to visit the beach, as we only supply bath towels.
