Mulberry House is a nice, cozy holiday home just a short walk from San Vito Lo Capo’s center and its lovely sandy beach. The property has been recently restored and it features a welcoming interior tastefully furnished and equipped with all modern amenities, such as air conditioning, sat-TV, wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher and parking space.

It develops on one level, and it has a spacious living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms.

The outdoor area includes a patio with dining area on the ground floor and a large roof terrace on the first floor, reachable through an external staircase, which offers pleasant views over Monte Monaco and the sea.

Mulberry House is ideal for relaxing holidays by the sea, and also a very good base for visiting many attractive places such as the Zingaro nature reserve, Erice, Trapani (connections to the Egadi’s islands), Segesta’s temple and the salt pans of Trapani and Marsala. A visit to Gibellina Nuova, an extraordinary open-air museum of contemporary art, is also an absolute must.

The province of Trapani extends in the westernmost part of Sicily.

Minimum stay 7 nights; Arrival day: Saturday only from 25/07/26 to 22/08/26.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (subject to arrangement).
A security deposit of 300 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: kitchen gas, water, electricity, air-conditioning/heating, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels; weekly cleaning (3 hours), Welcome basket: breakfast items.
