Recently restored, the property offers a welcoming interior furnished with taste and equipped with all modern amenities. The outdoor area includes a patio with dining area on the ground floor and a large roof terrace on the first floor, accessed by an external staircase, which offers pleasant views over Monte Monaco and the sea.
Ideal for relaxing holidays by the sea, the apartment is also a very good base for visiting many fascinating places such as the Zingaro nature reserve, Erice, Trapani (connections to the Egadis), Segestaâs temple and the salt pans of Trapani and Marsala.
At guests' disposal: parking; internet wi-fi; Air conditioning; Tv Sat.
Included in the rental price: tidy up of kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms , 3 hours per week.
