Welcome to Ca'Mirto in MONTE PETROSU (San Teodoro), a charming spacious villa nestled in the lush gardens of Residence Le Rose.
Just minutes from Sardinia's most spectacular coastline, this serene retreat offers the perfect balance: green tranquility at home, crystalline beaches at your doorstep, with the majestic island of Tavolara standing proudly on the horizon.

Ca’ Mirto, completely renovated and reopened in 2025, offers a fabulous outdoor space and a spacious, sun-kissed living area with a cozy sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. Inside, you’ll find a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a private bathroom and a terrace. On the ground floor, with a separate entrance for privacy, you’ll discover two more roomy double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
This comfortable place is equipped with dishwasher, fridge/refrigerator, Nespresso coffee as well a washing machine and air conditioning in every ambient. A private parking spot ensures a breezy stay.

We can accommodate 8 adults plus a baby/toddler in a dedicated roll-away bed in the master bedroom.

The villa is wonderfully easy to reach—just 20 minutes from the port and airport of Olbia, and only 30 minutes from the enchanting Costa Smeralda.
