1. Hot water in the main bathroom:
We added a hot water heater to the main bathroom. The other washrooms have regular-temperature water.
Background: Most homes in El Salvador do not have hot water. At our location, due to the hot weather (really hot!), the water comes out nicely warmed from the tap. If you're coming to El Salvador to experience the country and culture, it's part of life here. However, for anyone from the U.S./Canada who prefers a hot shower — we’ve got you covered!

House rules:
Private gated community; entrance closes 10:00 PM

Pet-friendly (1 pet included in booking)

No parties (penalty $500)

No smoking indoors

Daily pool & garden maintenance by Abel (housekeeper) every morning

Water pressure may temporarily reduce upstairs during peak demand hours; all other bathrooms remain fully functional

Maximum 8 guests & 1 pet per booking price. 2 additional guests (max 10 people capacity of the house) are EXTRA $35 per person per night and require host's approval. Security cameras on property.

Guests agree to pay for any damage caused to the property or cost of repair or replacement for any item damaged.

Guests automatically agree to comply with these rules at the time of booking.
