OPI San Remo with water views
About the home
âOPI San Remoâ is a delightful double-storey family home in San Remo with delightful water views, just a short walk from the beach & Lions Park, plus the supermarkets, restaurants & cafĂ©s of San Remo. The Newhaven boat ramp is just a 5 min drive away. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
Downstairs is the lovely open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with 55" TV, chromecast & DVD player). A central hallway provides access to Bedroom 2 (with BIR), Bedroom 3 (with freestanding robes), the Laundry (with washing machine) and a Bathroom (with shower & toilet). Upstairs is a delightful light-filled Living Room (with TV & chromecast) containing a desk/workstation and flows through to the covered Balcony. Also on this floor is Bedroom 1 (with 27" TV), which features a BIR, and a dual entry Bathroom/ensuite (with shower over bath & toilet).
Outdoor Areas
The upstairs covered Balcony (with 4 chairs and a small table) has fantastic water views over Cleeland Bight to Cape Woolamai. The fully enclosed rear yard (with gas BBQ & timber picnic table with seating for 8 people) is perfect for children with a trampoline and space to run around. There is parking for one car in the Single carport (with roller door) plus additional space for another 3 vehicles (cars and/or a boat) in the long driveway.
The Lion's Park is just a few hundred metres away, and has undercover BBQ's, a large grassy area for ball games, plus swings, slides and climbing equipment for the kids.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Delonghi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner in the Kitchen/Dining/Living room, ceiling fans in Bedroom 1 and the upstairs Living Room, plus 3 additional stand-alone heaters and 2 fans which can be used where required.
Bedding Configuration
This home has 6 beds, and 2 sofa beds, accommodating up to 8 guests:
Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): Two sets of Singles bunks
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
There are also two Double sofa beds, one in the downstairs Living Room and the other located in the upstairs living area, they are available upon request.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory.
