L'APPARTEMENT.

Appartement de luxe autonome de 7 mÂČ au bord de l'eau, de conception moderne et de dĂ©coration magnifique avec une vie ouverte au rez-de-chaussĂ©e.
Offre un emplacement romantique idéal pour les couples; la chambre a un lit queen size, peut également accueillir une personne supplémentaire car il y a une installation de lit simple en privé.
Le salon donne sur un jardin privé avec vue sur le front de mer et aspect nord. Il est complété par un élégant salon en cuir, pour vous permettre de vous enfoncer et de profiter de tout le confort fourni.
La cuisine est bien équipée avec tous les appareils et entiÚrement équipée; un climatiseur à cycle inversé contrÎle la température. La grande salle de bain est superbement aménagée; avec une grande douche, un lavabo sur colonne élégant et une baignoire spa.
Buanderie équipée séparée fournie. Barbecue sous abri disponible. Stationnement hors route.

Emplacement

Surplombant les eaux tranquilles de la baie de Westernport. Il est bien placĂ© Ă  quelques pas du bord de l'eau jusqu'Ă  la jetĂ©e de San Remo, les cafĂ©s, les restaurants et la zone de vente au dĂ©tail. Tous les matins Ă  11h30. Regardez les pĂ©licans nourris Ă  la jetĂ©e ou observez les bateaux de pĂȘche.

San Remo est situĂ© sur une pĂ©ninsule et est la porte d'entrĂ©e de Phillip Island oĂč le pont la relie au continent. EntourĂ© d'eau, avec une plage arriĂšre et une plage de la ville. Remembering San Remo

The property was large, fully equipped and extremely comfortable. Central to shops, pubs & restaurants. Nigel the owner was gracious, friendly and really helpful. I had a delightful stay reminiscing with friends and was very sad to leave. But! I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Nigel xx

Lovely unit in a great location

We had a lovely stay, the main bedroom is very spacious and en-suite is modern and also extremely roomy. The bed was very comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen and nice courtyard out the front. The unit is perfectly located close to the shops in San Remo and nicely situated to explore Phillip Island. The only inaccuracy in the advertising is that there are 2 bathrooms mentioned however as we were a couple that booked the second bathroom is locked. Would be good to mention this upfront. Thank you for a beautiful stay, our first stop will be back to Black Dolphin on our next trip to the area :)

Very roomy and comfortable with everything you need. Great spot for local amenities and very private. Only drawback is the road, which could be an issue at busy times.

Fantastic apartment

Stayed at The Black Dolphin Apartment for 4 nights while down for the Superbikes. The Apartment is fantastic, it has everything that anyone could need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The furnishings, bedding, bathroom accessories & kitchen equipment is all of a very high standard. The location of The Apartment is very central but still maintains a quiet, personal space for the occupant. We would very much like to stay there on our next trip down to San Remo/Phillip Island. Thank you Nigel for such great accommodation.

We had the studio apartment which was perfect. Lots of room, with everything you'd need - a home away from home. It was a very easy walk to restaurants,cafes and a short drive to the Phillip Island race track which is what we were attending. Nigel couldn't have been more helpful.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Fantastic position for visiting all that Philip Island has to offer and lovely, clean and tidy accommodation. We loved the little alcove for our 4 year old and he loved having his own special bed! In walking distance to shops and restaurants also which was really handy. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a great place to stay at it was close to the shops and great for a stroll along the beach, the eating out was delicious and it was just near the bridge across to Phillip Island we went to the Chocolate Factory and to see the Penguins it was a great stay all round I would stay there again without hesitation.
