Our Unique, Chic "Napa Guest Suite" is 630 sq ft and located on the lower level of an Eichler Mid Century modern home in a quiet and safe area surrounded by tropical landscaped design. Inside, Luxury meets retro style, with custom furniture and artwork for a Palm Springs vibe. The interior is set up with attention to details as an esthetic and comfortable place.

Offers a spacious living room with flat screen 65’’ Samsung 4K TV and LED fireplace, dedicated desk area, bistro dining table and a Chef’s Kitchen. Super-Fast Internet Speed: Wi-Fi (420+Mbps) for staycation and Work from Home. We provide dedicated one car parking space. Self check-in after 3pm at any time with a smart lock (no key).

Fully-outfitted kitchen ensures that fresh ingredients from local markets can be whipped up into fine meals.

The Kitchen features Italian high gloss contemporary cabinets. An Induction Range & Oven, Microwave, Bosch Dishwasher and Fridge. It is fully stocked for cooking and has a kettle and toaster. We provide Bone China Dinnerware, silverware, glasses and even spices. Keurig coffee machine with pods, creamers, sweeteners and an assortment of snacks.

Bedroom features Queen gel memory foam mattress with Luxury Hotel Quality bedding that is hypo-allergenic and extra-fine weave microfiber for breathability and comfort. Lightweight European down comforter. We use everything in white including towels, linens, pillows, duvets, and sheets. The reason is to assure guests that the bed is clean and fresh. They are washed before and after each group of guests.

The hosts were great with communication and offering to accommodate late check out when our flight got delayed an entire day. The room is gorgeous and very thoughtfully decorated. The shower was amazing. So amazing we actually ordered the shower tower for our bathroom during our stay. Bed was super comfy and the sheets and bedding were soft. Love that there’s a keurig with strong coffee, creamer, sugar, and even some Almond Roca syrup. Also loved the snacks that were provided. Overall, a great stay. Loved the area. Felt safe and it was quiet. We would definitely stay again.

This little place is well equipped, designed with flare, and extremely cozy! A great relaxing landing place for exploring the area. I was immediately soothed upon entry: mood lighting and a spa-like atmosphere were just what I needed. Little touches like coffee and snacks, along with the unique jetted shower, make for a really relaxing environment. Also, the hosts provided very thorough recommendations for restaurants, activities, etc. A great find in San Rafael!

Suite was amazing and so beautiful! When we arrived, soothing and welcoming music was playing on the televisions along with a beautiful waterfall screensaver. Beautiful and quiet area. Hosts were responsive to all questions that we had and were eager to assist. This was by far, the most memorable and beautiful VRBO that we have ever stayed at. we love this property! We started staying here when Steve had one Suitte and then two suites and watched him talk about having washing machines and dryers. Our son and his family live a few blocks away, so we love staying here. The rooms are really cool with a real flare for design. The washing machine and dryer, refrigerator, stove with oven, beautiful cabinets, fully equipped with utensils, pots, and pans, storage containers, as well as a wide selection of herbs and spices. Eugene supplied all the coffee I could drink, which is a lot! I would leave a message for Eugene for Kleenex, toilet paper, coffee – – anything – – and Eugene would have it at our front door faster than you could blink an eye. The parking area is easy to access and enough room for three cars. We will be staying here for Thanksgiving and most likely for our granddaughter’s graduation from Marin Academy. I love the easy access to the hiking trails as well as shopping and food services. I can’t speak highly enough for this property and the host.

Excellent Napa Suite Stay

We loved the Napa Suite so much. The hosts thought of everything to make your accommodations so comfortable. The bed was so comfortable, loved having air conditioning, the perfect shower, I loved having the air purifiers. There were no weird smells. The kitchen was extra nice. Having the W/D was ideal. The suite was our happy place and when we opened the door every time we walked in we said Hi Happy House. Every detail was perfectly thought out for your comfort. Will definitely be staying again. Glam little home base

My partner and I were quite comfortable in this Terra Linda converted space, downstairs of the owners main house. As others have noted, it is fully equipped for needs and comforts. Very kind and considerately done! And if you're into remotes, you'll find the various customizable lights, 2 fireplaces and 2 tvs amusing and playful. We enjoyed being near my former Marin home and forever dear friends, with easy access to so much via Hwy 101.

Wonderful Retreat!

I throughly enjoyed the Napa Suite. You can tell the owners put a lot of effort into making this suite a relaxing environment. Loved the decor, the bed was very comfy and it was great having a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Eugene and Natalie are wonderful hosts. Their communication with me was outstanding. This place is beautiful inside and out! It was very clean, and the shower is wonderful after a long day. The bed
 pillows mattress and linens were very comfortable and having a washer and dryer was very convenient. I had to ask for an extra roll of toilet paper and within 10 minutes I had 4 rolls in a bag sitting outside my door with a beautiful rose in the bag as well. Eugene and Natalie are very attentive and are quick with replies. And snacks
 lots. Along with coffee, sugars and cream. I would recommend this place to everyone. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!
