Solaria I is used by the owner for their personal use.

Comprised of 3 architecturally stunning, 5000 square foot villas, Solaria Villas are located 3.2 miles north of the town bridge and are only .5 miles from Secret Beach road. Each villa features 3 stories with a tropical atrium and sweeping custom crafted spiral wooden staircase. Spacious gourmet kitchens with perfectly planned spaces for entertaining while preparing meals. Large living and dining areas that flow together and extend out onto verandas that overlook the Caribbean Sea. Expansive master suites with king size beds, sophisticated armchairs offer the ultimate in comfort.

Each villa is unique in its layout, Casa Bomba has a kitchen/dining/living room on the ground floor, 2 guest bedrooms on the split level, a master on the second floor and another master bedroom on the upper split level. Solaria III has a living room on the ground floor, 2 guest bedrooms on the lower split, 2 guest bedrooms on the lower split, a kitchen/dining/living room on the second level and another master bedroom on the upper split level. Each villa has a dedicated fiber-optic connection for reliable videoconferencing and VOIP.

The property features a central swimming pool, a lounging pool, a white sand beach with wading area, a dock to swim from and a lush tropical landscape of mature foliage. There is plenty of parking, a caretaker is onsite to take care of your needs and the property has a generator to ensure power continuity if by chance the power goes out.

Ready to get out and explore? Solaria has its 6 kayaks for your use, the reef is a short paddle away and a mooring buoy is located at the reef in front of the villas. In the tropics, rainy days are just another excuse to get outside and have fun but, if you must, each unit has multiple flat screen TV’s.

We are a full service management company and can arrange everything for your vacation including booking flights from the International airport (BZE), arranging for golf cart rentals at preferred rates, booking all of your activities and arranging transportation to the villa upon arrival and departure. As soon as you book, we will provide you with our constantly updated Mobile Guest Guide. Our Mobile Guest Guide is loaded with information, including listings for numerous restaurants, bars, and activities. Our Mobile Guest Guide is integrated with GMaps making it easy to find your way around town. Each listing is linked to TripAdvisor; we’ve even linked the menus to many of the restaurants. The Guide is also searchable, so you can easily find the nearest Seafood or even Vegetarian options. We offer full concierge services and can arrange everything for you so that all you need to think about is having fun. So, just let us know, and we’ll book all your tours, in-country flights, and arrange golf cart rentals with no add on booking fees.
