Nos six villas uniques sont situĂ©es sur une plage de sable blanc immaculĂ©e, ombragĂ©e par des palmiers majestueux, chacune avec des portes fenĂȘtres qui s'ouvrent directement sur la piscine privĂ©e et le jacuzzi, sans oublier la vue imprenable et la brise.

Coral Bay Villas est un petit complexe paisible qui accueille les clients de plus de dix-huit ans. Que vous recherchiez la tranquillitĂ© ou l'aventure, ou une partie de chacun, nous vous invitons Ă  venir profiter de nos chambres propres et confortables et Ă  dĂ©couvrir notre incroyable Ăźle paradisiaque. Jusqu'Ă  15 personnes peuvent ĂȘtre hĂ©bergĂ©es en rĂ©servant les autres unitĂ©s du complexe (sous rĂ©serve de disponibilitĂ©).

Notre charmant complexe est situé à quinze minutes à pied au sud de la ville de San Pedro - suffisamment proche pour profiter des sites et des sons de la ville, mais suffisamment éloigné pour une véritable tranquillité. Great location- secluded but also close to grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, massages and Belize Water Express! Located at end of street so no traffic at all. Golf cart is a must in San Pedro! Villa was very clean / basic supplies of water (5galllon container), paper towels, coffee/sugar/coffee filters. Freddy and Miriam were both super helpful and available! Very close to the water but not a swimmable beach (at least not while we were there).

Hidden Gem not far from town

The condo was perfect, with only 6 units we had a nice quite escape to ourselves. The King bed was really comfortable, making 9 nights enjoyable. It was close to town with restaurants and stores right by. Freddy and Mirim were so helpful and took great care of us and the property management was amazing, answering all of our questions and communicating all the time. So looking forward to our next trip!

Unlike many of the neighboring resorts, I figured this place would be more peaceful because there are only 8 units. I was right. Each night we would walk out of our condo to the pool and hot tub, and enjoy the view of the beach and the moon and stars while we swam. The staff was warm, friendly, and helpful with our questions. I’m really glad I chose this place and would stay here again for sure.

We stayed in two different villas, as we decided we wanted to extend our stay so we switched from Unit 1 to 4. The property is amazing! The villas are clean and have everything you need; the kitchen had every utensil needed. The pool, hot tub and the property are awesome and the beach allows you to walk right into the ocean. The staff are amazing and prompt to help with any question or request. Freddy and Karina were onsite and available to assist with anything. We will go back again!!!

Like being at home but on a beach

We loved our stay at Coral Bay Villas! The property was beautiful and comfortable. I loved that it was on the beach and had a pool and a hot tub but it wasn’t some big crowded resort. Even though there were 7 rooms, we rarely ran into the other guests and there was always space by the pool and most of the time we had it to ourselves. You can walk up and down the beach to get from one end of San Pedro to the other which made it really convenient to take a leisurely walk on the beach to and from restaurants for dinner. It also seemed pretty safe since most of the beach is well lit. The location of the property is so central that we didn’t rent a golf cart. In a 20 minute walk tops on the beach you’re at the center of town. The property was very well maintained and our room was very clean. We had everything we could need for our stay and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. The best part was the outdoors. The grounds are a really good size and very quiet and serene. We went snorkeling off the property beach and saw lots of cool fish. It’s shallow and comfortable to take a dip. We even saw several stingrays that swam right up to us while wading in the water when we were snorkeling (they got scared and swam away when they saw us). Pelicans like to chill on the little break just off the beach. Overall, we absolutely loved it and would definitely visit again. I want to make sure I don’t forget the most important part: the property staff. Elsa was the sweetest. She makes you feel like you’ve been her friend for a while. She is also really good at her job and will take care of anything you need in terms of booking tours and other activities. Our checkin, checkout and anything else we needed was absolutely seamless. Freddy is the best. He’s super friendly too and was always making sure to ask if we needed anything. He keeps the property immaculate. At the end of his work day he would sometimes come play bags with us (the property has a really good bags/corn hole set), which we really liked because we got to know him and he’s really good company. Let’s not forget Oscar, the night watchman, who always greeted us in the evening when his shift started and kept a good eye on the place. If you book at Coral Bay Villas, you will not only enjoy an amazing vacation on your own private beach away from the hustle and bustle of busy resorts but you’ll also get to know the people who run the property and really grow to like them.

Amazing place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the coral bay villas was perfect. The room was very clean and in great condition. The pool and surrounding areas were very clean and kept clean the entire week. Staff was great and provided us with anything we needed. Will be staying there again.

Everyone was very kind, responsive, and fun to chat with. The rooms were clean, the location was great, and the views were beautiful. Highly recommend!

Quiet, convenient

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A nice facility, not in town but a 15 min beach walk to center or a 5 min taxi ride. There was only one other guest staying there so we basically had the place to ourselves. All the basic necessities we in unit to cook, a well kept grill on site. Pool was a nice size and the hot tub was helpful to sooth tired legs after a long day. No A/C in main living area, with all windows open a nice breeze from Caribbean. A/C in bedroom which was helpful for sleeping. The staff (Elsa & Freddy) were awesome, on site all day and available to assist with any needs. A pleasant facility

Grounds and buildings were very well maintained.Even though close to the hustle and bustle it was quiet and private. Pool, hot tub, patio were very relaxing.
