Our GOLD STANDARD 3 Bed/3 Bath condo is part of the up-and-coming Sunset Caribe Belize Resort. This listing includes a 1 Bedroom as well as a 2 Bedroom directly next to each other on the top/5th floor. (There is not an interior door.) You will have the comforts of both condos. Enjoy TWO thermostats, TWO full kitchens, TWO living areas, THREE master bedrooms and most importantly TWO relaxing balconies. You will have expansive views, overlooking the Cayes or Bayside of San Pedro, from EVERY room. The Sunset views are simply breathtaking. See FAQ's BELOW:
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
We are an easy 1.5 mile golf cart ride North of San Pedro. Our resort, Sunset Caribe, is located nicely between the fun of downtown San Pedro and the popular attractions, beach vibes and luxury of Northern Ambergris Caye.
*Please note - The construction of our condo and building is finished. However, there may be construction noise North of our building as they complete the final construction phase in our complex. You may hear construction noise between the hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm. Thankfully, we haven't received any complaints but we want you to be aware. Thanks so much for understanding.
As part of the "Caribeville" community, you will have access to several services.
âą The San Pedro Urgent Care building is a four story facility which includes the private clinic offering medical services to the public during regular business hours and 24 hour emergency care to owners and guests.
âą The Spa and Salon is also located in the San Pedro Urgent Care building.
âą Rain Restaurant (located at the top of the "Rain" building) is known for its outstanding Caribbean and American cuisine with seating in a covered yet open environment. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
âą Aqua Restaurant (located inside on the 3rd floor of the "Rain" building) is known for sushi and seafood. Don't miss sushi night!
âą Beach Basket Grocery (located on 1st floor of the "Rain" building) is the onsite small grocery store and includes beer, wine and liquor as well as provisioning services prior to your arrival.
âą Sun Brew Cafe - serving specialty coffee, sandwiches, pastries and desserts! Located in the front lobby.
âą Fitness Center - the largest gym on the island! Located above the front lobby with beautiful views!

PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY (JANUARY 3rd â DECEMBER 20th):
âą A deposit equal to 50% plus tax is required at the time of booking.
âą Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
âą Full refund if cancelled 15+ days prior to arrival date.
âą 50% refund if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival date.
âą No refund if cancelled within 2 days prior to arrival date.
PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY (DECEMBER 21st - JANUARY 2nd):
âą A deposit equal to 50% plus tax is required at the time of booking.
âą Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
âą Full refund if canceled 30+ days prior to arrival date.
âą There are no refunds for cancellations 29 days or fewer prior to arrival date.
âą There are no refunds for no shows, late arrival or early departure including reasons such as medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes, or weather.
âą 7 Night minimum stay required during this holiday timeframe.
Please be advised that Grand Caribe has a Check-In Policy to include a US $250 incidental deposit. The deposit will be applied toward room charges and refunded upon check-out if no charges/damages apply.

- Where is Sunset Caribe? Sunset Caribe is located on Ambergris Caye, the largest island and primary tourist destination in Belize. San Pedro is the only town on the island and our resort is only 1.5 miles North of San Pedro (a 10 minute golf cart ride).
- What language is spoken in Belize? The official language of Belize is English. Spanish, Garifuna, Creole, and various Mayan dialects are also spoken.
- What is the currency rate of exchange? The Belize dollar exchange rate is US $1 = BZ $2. Most establishments can change money in small amounts. US dollars are widely accepted if not damaged (written on or torn); US coins are not accepted.
- Does Sunset Caribe accept credit cards? Yes, Sunset Caribe accepts VISA, Mastercard or AMEX.
- What kind of electricity is used in Belize? All outlets are 110 volts and 60 hertz, the same as that used in the USA.
- Is Belize drinking water safe? Sunset Caribe has itâs own, purified water source and while many find it safe to drink from the tap or refrigerator dispensers (w/charcoal filters), we encourage our guests to drink only bottled water. We provide complimentary purified bottled water in our personal condo.
- What is Belize's weather like? There are generally two seasons in Belize; Winter Season which is mild and relatively dry and Summer Season which is warmer with more humidity. The official rainy season is June through November. Temperatures on Ambergris Caye are much milder than those on mainland Belize... in the low to mid 80's during the day and high 70's in the evenings. Perfect!
- Are there bugs/mosquitoes in Belize? Yes, Belize is a tropical location. Fortunately, the breezes on Ambergris Caye help to keep them at bay! Sand flies, or noseeums are tiny creatures that bite like mosquitos and may become bothersome with little to no breeze. We recommend traveling with insect repellant.
- What airport do I fly into when traveling to Belize? International guests arriving to Belize will fly into the Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) located on the mainland Belize.
- How do I get to the resort? You may take a local 15-minute flight or 90-minute water taxi to San Pedro. Sunset Caribe does not offer complimentary transfers to and from the resort but can reserve all transfer arrangements for you.
- Once at Sunset Caribe, how do I get around? Golf carts are the most popular means of transportation and can be a great way to explore the island. (Rental cars are not available on the island.) Sunset Caribe offers 4 and 6-seat golf cart rentals.
- Can Sunset Caribe provision our condo with food and drink items? Yes, our onsite grocery/convenience store 'The Beach Basket' can provision your condo with everything you need. Visit their online store to make your order.
- Is there air conditioning at Sunset Caribe? Yes, each condo at Sunset Caribe has central air and is fully air-conditioned throughout. Additionally, there are ceiling fans in all bedrooms as well as in the common living areas.
- Is there internet access? Yes, Sunset Caribe offers complimentary wireless Internet access inside each condo as well as Wi-Fi hot spots located close to the reception and pool areas.
- Can I book tours/activities in advance? Yes, Belize and Ambergris Caye feature a wealth of fun and interesting places to see and things to do. - In which time zone is Belize located? Belize operates on Central Standard Time (CST), i.e., Chicago. However, Belize does not observe daylight savings; meaning there is no time change in the summer months. During those months Belize operates on Mountain Standard Time (MST), i.e., Denver.
