Trullo Kalia is a beautiful estate surrounded by olive groves, a villa with pool and characteristic trullo perfect for vacations in Puglia, in the countryside of San Michele Salentino.
The outdoor spaces are equipped with swimming pool and solarium, barbecue for grilling and outdoor shower.
The villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, TV and mosquito nets. Pets allowed.

The large estate has large outdoor spaces equipped for relaxation and a slightly elevated pool area, with sunbeds around it and a gazebo where you can spend pleasant days outdoors.
The main structure is a large lamia in which there are the living room with sofas and dining room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, one of which is double and one triple with double bed + single. This unit is completed by 1 shower room.
Trullo Kalia is completed by an outbuilding in the trullo in which there is a double bed.

Trullo Kalia is located in the countryside of San Michele Salentino, in the province of Brindisi. The center of the village is a few minutes away by car and offers all the main services.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from June to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
