This light-filled home is on 2.5 acres of country land w/stunning hillside & farmland views, less than 5 min to wineries, 10 to downtown & Pismo Beach. This large home is available in another listing to sleep 17, but this listing is for just the downstairs.

While we won't be always available in person, we are available to be messaged or called at any time.

Set out in the country, with a long driveway off the main road. Very quiet neighbors, with farmland all around. Several wineries are within a couple miles, downtown SLO is about 10 minutes away, as well as Pismo Beach.

You will be able to access the downstairs rooms only. There is also a greenhouse and workshop on the property that are off limits for guests.

The home is very spacious. Only the downstairs is available in this listing: 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, and outdoor spaces.
