Nestled on 16 beautiful acres in the heart of beautiful Avila Valley, it is surrounded by rolling green gardens, lush vineyards and mature California Oak Trees. This single, story modern ranch style retreat has been completely remodeled with floor to ceiling glass windows to create a calm stylish ambiance that invites you to connect with nature. Come in, sit down and begin enjoying this wonderful stylish scenery yet homey retreat.
The main house is 5000 square feet with two master suites with private bathrooms and 2 additional bedrooms. The Master suite has a rounded glass window with a soaking tub with internal views that offer lush hay meadows and beautiful vistas with oak trees in all directions. There is private terrace off each suite with sliding glass doors so you can enjoy your morning coffee on the flagstone patio overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds, there is plenty of room to take in that clean crisp air.
There is a game room with a classic Brunswick regulation pool table, foosball table, darts, bar area and large craftsman hearth fireplace to warm the room. It opens up to an outdoor kitchen, living area with BBQ and propane fire table.
The open concept gourmet kitchen has a beautiful 14 feet waterfall island, that is custom made for culinary teaching experiences. The island can seat seven people, and the kitchen farm table seats another eight comfortably. The formal dining room invites the outdoors in with its surrounding glass windows and seats additional ten guests.
The guest house is 1200 square feet with 2 bedrooms, living room, full kitchen and washer/dryer. A master suite with walk in closet and attached bathroom. A kidâs loft that contains 2 bunkbeds.

Hope Ranch is using clean renewable energy with a very large solar system. The Estate is equipped with Tesla charger for your use.
