There is access to the lagoon directly from the back of the building. Building is gated and in the heart of Condado which offers plenty of stylish nightlife and delightful cuisines. Ashford Avenue is great to walk and people watch. There are bars, clubs, casinos and upbeat, upscale nightlife options.
