TrÚs bon séjour à Arbusigny

This is the BEST in Luquillo! Clean, comfortable beds, lovely towels. Kitchen well equipped. The details in decorating add ambience for a wonderful stay. You can’t beat the location. Supermarket and Walgreens across the street and Walmart 10 min away in case you forgot something. Best of all the most glorious beach at the end of the street - literally a 2 minute walk. I am VERY particular and this did not disappoint!! Had a couple of questions about where to go and host was so helpful and responded within minutes. I even reserved my spot for next year! You won’t find anything better!!

It was Soo relaxing! Our host was such a kind soul! She gave many ideas for us to do for our stay. She was a great communicator as well as very helpful. The stay smelled amazing and was clean. I liked how when we first arrived that the space was calm, quaint, colorful, vibrant, and smelt amazing! The back area with the spa was really cool too. Great Little Place to Stay!

This studio had everything we needed for our week-long stay (except a washer/dryer). It was comfortable and relaxing. Hiccups with the hot tub, but once they were fixed, it was fantastic!! The beach was a two-minute walk down the street. Great restaurants around. Thank you!!

Great beach getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway and it was perfect! The apartment was very clean and well stocked with essentials. Everything was safe and secure including parking in a gated lot. It was a very short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been too, and the apartment had a few beach essentials that are great for travelers. We loved Luquillo, it was a quiet beach town and close to everything we wanted to do while we were stayed!

Our favorite place we stayed at! Host was very communicative about how to check in, it was very clean, and overall cozy. There is gated area you can park your car and the private deck was very nice. The air conditioner worked great, nice kitchen, and she gave great food recommendations. We had a great time!

Pleasant apartment at a great price

I misinterpreted the location of the apartment. It’s a block and a half off the beach. Which was totally fine because, let’s be honest when you’re on the beach you stay on the beach. The apartment was super cute and clean. The remote was set wrong. Although it was an hassle, our host was right in top of communicating with us to try to correct it. The likelihood of that happening again is slim. I would definitely recommend going to the local grocery store Amigo versus Walmart, 15 minutes away. Better selection, similar pricing and supporting local. We had the best street fried lobster at La Pared!!! The highlight of our trip was taking in the Sunday service at Iglesia Bautista Luquillo Mar. If you plan on using the ferry, make sure you book your trip to another island far in advance. We missed the opportunity for the trying to book our first day for any day of that week. Overall I would recommend this place for a single couple.

Amazing place to stay!

This place was in a perfect part of town! Almost everything you could think of needing was provided in the apartment. I will absolutely be staying here again, with extremely easy access to the beach and within walking distance to several great restaurants and bars. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone I know!

Cute and cozy

The studio was definitely cute and cozy. I had some difficulty getting in. Not the owners fault. I arrived very late at night due to a change in my fllight schedule and could not see the 4 digit code. Was able to get in the next day. Happy with the amenities. Unfortunately, i was not able to use the jacuzzi. It was not working well. Overall i had a pleasant stay.

Very nice and gracious host, the property was everything we expected and more! It was in a great area with easy access to the beach. We really appreciated the host leaving beach supplies ready for us like beach chairs, sunscreen, and so much more! This stay made our trip way less stressful, and we enjoyed ourselves! Beautiful Apartment near the beach

The apartment was exactly as described! Extremely well kept, well stocked, clean and very well appointed. We were very pleased with the accommodations while staying in PR. It was easy to get to Gurabo, loiza, San Juan, Fajardo and other cities with easy access to main roads and highways. The beaches were gorgeous and either a 15 minute walk or a 3-4 minute drive in either direction. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Cute place but not as close to beach as stated in listing title

This is the first review that I will leave less than 5 stars, sadly. The beach is beautiful however it is a couple minutes walk, not 30 seconds. The property manager is great for communication and sends very detailed instructions for everything. The instructions are long therefore we missed a sentence that says not to open a cabinet above the fridge. We unfortunately overlooked that sentence and did not see it, so we used a couple towels in this cabinet, as we were only left 3 bath towels for 4 people. We would have made it work and shared towels, but when I saw more in this cabinet I thought they were for guests to use. It was not my intention to go through a cabinet that was off limits as we previously stated we accidentally did not see that sentence in the instructions. We were charged an additional $50 fee for going into this cabinet. I would recommend to the owner to put a lock on this cabinet so others do not overlook the instructions to not open this cabinet. I do think that the condo is super cute and the beach is beautiful. The back deck is very cute with the plants. We also want other future guests to know there is no glass windows, only metal shutters so if you want to cool the room down you will have to shut the shutters making it very dark in the condo.

This stay was not what I expected. I was told everything was very close which wasn’t besides the beach. Airport was about 45 min away. The town (barrio) was dirty looking. To top it off the property offers a inflatable jacuzzi which the owner expects to have it back with water as clear as when you first book (impossible). She charged me extra for supposedly sink being clogged up with sand which was a lie and something about the fridge sinking in. Clearly she needed more money. God bless you god doesn’t like ugly clearly you needed more money. People don’t even think about staying here NOT WORTH IT AND LOOKS ARE DECEIVING because the place is not cozy at all.

Great spot for our honeymoon

We stayed for a week and had a great experience here. The studio is just as described, very clean and everything was easy to use. It was great to have the option to cook some of our meals, and the back porch with the hot tub was one of the best parts of our stay. There are a lot of good restaurants within a 20-min walk, there’s a Walgreens nearby, and the beach was gorgeous and not too crowded. We saved a lot of money by walking most places and didn’t rent a car, using Uber to get to other locations we wanted to visit. The host was also very responsive by text and easy to talk to, and she was available immediately when we first arrived and couldn’t figure out which gate was ours! We had no other issues with the trip but I’m sure she would have been able to respond quickly if anything came up. We would definitely recommend this place to a friend. The only downside was the bed being a little small for two, we are used to a queen bed and usually look for king beds on vacation. We’re also city folks and it took some time to get used to the neighborhood noises in the morning (roosters and dogs, not car horns and ambulances!). Still had a wonderful time and would love to come back again.

Luquillo has much to offer and is a good midpoint destination for attractions in this corner of Puerto Rico. The apartment was a very pleasant place for 2. Playa Azul is just down the street - loved the morning walks on it!
