Spacious apartment with two nice outdoor patios for morning coffee or evening sunset. Was perfect for our family of four with two teenagers. The two pool options were nice and the onsite gym worked out well. A short drive to a Pueblo grocery store, many restaurants, and Seven Seas beach. Good communication from the host and easy check in/out. Would recommend.

Very clean place, location superb over looking Carribean.

We loved everything about the place and everything was just as advertised. The only thing is with adults or older kids coming, we thought there should be a least a queen bed in one of the quest rooms instead of a full bed. Our adult friends had to sleep in different rooms. We probably would not have rented this condo if I had read closer there was just a full bed in the one room, and twins in the other. Most adults travel with at least another adult couple. We made it work, and landlord was wonderful.

beautiful condo!

The condo was beautiful and had tons of space. The balcony was a great place to have morning coffee. It was a gated community so it felt really safe. Plenty of things to make a meal, tons of towels, etc.

Annual Puerto Rico Trip

We always stay in Pena Mar when traveling to Puerto Rico and this was the first time staying in this particular unit. Check in process was easy. Owner was very responsive whenever we needed to communicate with her. This unit had plenty of space and contained everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Thank you for being a great host!

Don't pass this one up!

We loved this property and I am pretty sure this unit must have the best view. Everything was clean, well stocked kitchen (although we did not cook!) Comfy bed. we loved sitting outside on the rooftop patio at night eating dessert. Cynthia was a fabulous host and responded quickly. I would definitely book again!

Beautiful place - Puerto Rico not so much

Beautiful place - love the roof top area, pools were nice, the only down side to this trip is the area is not what I expected for a Caribbean island- there aren’t many beaches unless you take a ferry or boat to one of the smaller islands- the few beaches they have are nothing to write home about- the island as a whole was not at all what I hoped it would be- but Cynthia’s house was so nice it made up for all that Puerto Rico lacks.

All You Want & Need for Visit to Area

The condo is beautiful, well equipped, easy to locate and access. great restaurants nearby, easy to get to rainforest, biobay, beaches, etc. Host was very responsive and accommodated changes in our party size. Ours was family meet up from various states for a week of mountains, beach, kayaking and all the good seafood in the area. Only complication was that we had only one key to the condo--so we had to keep leaving it in lock box for others in our party. It is also odd that they require a key for pedestrians to leave the compound. So, we'd have to negotiate with security each time someone wanted to head to marina or restaurants on foot.

Like staying over at your best friend’s home!

Cynthia keeps a beautiful clean home. Decor was modern and nice, also not too much (often in rentals I’m clearing decor off dressers/sinks to put my stuff on). Beds are comfortable and bedding must be her own sheets which are lovely- not the usual white rental sheets. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, and kitchen utensils. Supplied with a few dishwasher pods and washer pods, I brought my own knowing I usually need to do an extra load or two. Beautiful views. Property has pools my kids enjoyed. Great seating on the deck for guests. Overall this home is a gem to stay at, and felt to me like when you stay at your best friend’s house.

Property rental was well kept and clean. Beautiful apt with all the amenities needed. Cool breeze in the winter month with nice ocean view. The Downside during our stay was a construction going on at the apt next door with lots of drilling noise. Apt owner was notified. To whom it may concern.

Amazing property!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous!! It was perfect for the five of us and we had plenty of space to gather and to be alone if needed. Everything was top notch! We would definitely stay here again. La Estacion is a great BBQ restaurant in the area!! Great staff! (note they are only open Friday-Monday)

Beautiful condo with a fantastic rooftop space

This was a gorgeous condo unit in a secure complex. Great pools, clean and maintained. The unit has an excellent rooftop space overlooking the marina and another peaceful balcony off of the kitchen. Everything is very organized and clean. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, coolers and chairs to use for the beach. There are some bars walking distance right outside the complex, but no sidewalks so be careful if venturing out. La EstaciĂłn is a short ride and is a great restaurant to check out. All of the boat tours to icacos are within a 10 minute ride from the condo. Cynthia was a wonderful host and very responsive. My only complaint is that the wifi was spotty
my teenager’s complaint actually, I was too busy sitting out on the rooftop patio :) The most beautiful rental I’ve been in, would definitely book again ❀

Paradise!

My family's time here was amazing. The condo had everything we needed and was a perfect home base for our Puerto Rico vacation. Close to groceries, in a beautiful safe community, close to El Yunque and gorgeous beaches within minutes! My daughters loved the pools as well. But the views off the patios made us fall in love! Communication with the owner was smooth. We WILL return, and we cannot wait! 5 STARS!!

Perfection in Puerto Rico

What a gorgeous property this is! Perfectly located in a seaside resort area. The penthouse view of the ocean is incredible! The space is huge and luxuriously decorated. We were an easy distance to our rainforest excursion, snorkel and scuba excursion, and the bioluminescent bay tour. Cynthia was an amazing host and quick to respond. Check in was very easy, and the location incredibly safe, I would be thrilled to return again and again!

Beautiful, quite, safe, lots of amenities!

Our 6-day stay included my mom, adult daughter, 4-year old granddaughter and me. We loved having the conveniences of home but with views you’ll only find in the Caribbean. Check-in was easy, the property was well maintained, quiet and felt safe. Cynthia responded quickly when I had questions. I definitely recommend this for families or friend groups.
