The space
Villa Sardinera is the ultimate home-away-from-home, offering all the comforts and luxuries you need for an unforgettable stay. As you enter the property, you will step into a very modern, simple, and chic living room whose main focus is the amazing views of El Conquistador Resort. On this floor, you will find a pool table and a dart board for some fun. You will also find a large air-conditioned TV room with a large sofa perfect for a fun movie night. Three sections of the couch open into single sofa beds. A second air-conditioned room has a full-size sofa bed and a TV. Wrapping up this first floor is a full bathroom.
On the second floor, you will find a huge master bedroom with corner windows giving you a 180* view. Tastefully decorated with both modern and antique details, a teak queen bed will provide you with a good night’s sleep. A true conversation piece is the antique vanity in the corner. The highlight of the spacious full master bathroom is the free-standing tub from which you can see Culebra Island. With a private entrance to a balcony, you might never want to leave this room!
You will also find two additional bedrooms, each with its own charm. This first room, casually called the cherry blossom tree, has an antique full bed made by famous Puerto Rican furniture maker Rafael Margarida and a trunk bed. The second room is dominated by the ficus tree that can be seen outside the bay window. You can almost step into the tree, but we do not recommend it. This room has a full bed and a comfortable armchair for some relaxation. These two rooms share a full bathroom, including two sinks and a shower with a tub.
But the fun part of the house is an open floor area with glass doors all around. The doors are meant to be open all the time so you can feel like you are outside while still being inside. This area has 4 distinct sections. Who says you can’t cook with a view? A large, well-equipped kitchen boasts sleek granite countertops, a Vulcan stove, and a BBQ grill. To enjoy your meal, you can either sit at the counter or at the spacious 12-seat dining table. To truly take in the view, you can choose to sit in the comfortable sofa or grab one of the rocking chairs where you will probably fall asleep. This area also includes a large TV to enjoy your favorite televised events.

Located in a very desirable area of Fajardo for its proximity to beautiful beaches, and PR's best attractions including El Yunque National Rainforest (the only rainforest in the USA!), Fajardo's Bioluminescent bay, Hacienda Carabali Adventure Park, famous Luquillo's food kiosks, jet ski rental, world class golf courses, fishing charters, ferry trips to Spanish virgin island "Culebra" and more. A short 40-minute drive from San Juan Airport and only a couple of miles away from the El Conquistador Hotel and the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Golf, Beach and Casino Resort. Plenty of eating options nearby. Additionally, supermarkets, pharmacies, and large retailers like Walmart and Costco are just a short drive away. We strongly recommend renting a car because there is so much to do and explore within 30 minutes of the villa.

Other things to note
Before you settle in, I would like to make you familiar with a few of the most important house rules at our vacation home. These are in place to ensure that your stay with us will be as comfortable as possible.

Please take a minute to read each of the rules carefully to avoid possible injury or deductions from your security deposit.

-No smoking, $500 penalty

-No parties or events, $1,000 penalty

-No animals whatsoever allowed.

-No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.

-Keep the entrance gate closed at all times.

-No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
No climbing on the third-floor roof.

-Do not hang towels or clothes on any balcony railings.

-No eating or drinking in bedrooms

-Dispose garbage in the trash bin. Please always use bags.

-Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when not in use and most importantly, when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

-Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests or they will be reported to Airbnb.

-Please wash the dishes and put the garbage in the bin outside before checkout.

-Washer and dryer is available for stays longer than 4 nights only.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, external security cameras are located on the roof of the property

The property is rural and surrounded by beautiful trees so on occasion and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, spider or other nature- loving creature may wander inside, especially if a door is left open.
