Had a great time during our stay. A slight issue at check in where but host was very receptive and helpful in rectifying the situation. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants and a great location with beautiful views of the lagoon and ocean. Easy starting point for all our adventures while here in San Juan, Puerto Rico. We will definitely stay again.

Location is perfect! Walk to shops, restaurants, beach, and everything in Condado. Quick Uber ride to Old San Juan. Great view of both the ocean and lagoon from the balcony. The room was exactly as described. Very clean and was everything we needed including beach stuff. The building and surrounding area is in disrepair. One of the two elevators stopped working while we were there. Lagoon access is not available as the space between the building and lagoon is overgrown and not maintained.

My Wife and I stayed here for a week for our Honey/Baby Moon and it was incredible! The condo we stayed in was small and cozy for the both of us and the A/C felt amazing after a long day outdoors. Glenda made check in/out easy and was always quick with replies to any questions we had. I highly recommend anyone to stay here if you're visiting PR!

Location, location, location! We loved staying by the water and the amazing view from the place. There was an issue checking in but it was resolved after about 30 minutes since we had a late check in. The apartment was clean and had supplies for the beach which was nice. I wish there would have been hot water and more towels, but I understand electricity is expensive. Thanks again for the lovely stay.

Absolutely a Gem in Condado

I loved my time here with my wife in Puerto Rico and this Vrbo was absolutely great. The view of both the Lagoon and Beach were wonderful to see each day and the room was super comfy. It is near everything in the condado region and only a 15 minute drive or so to Old San Juan. Would come back here again.

This condo was a wonderful place to stay for my husband and I for our first trip to Puerto Rico! Great location, super clean and cozy, and GORGEOUS views. We saw sea turtles right from the balcony!! The only problem is that parking is difficult; free parking is available but is first come first served and not always guaranteed. If you can’t get parking you must park across the street and pay. Thankfully we got a spot our whole trip but our last night there, we got in around 10 pm and there was only one spot left. Another night we decided to walk and uber to avoid the parking situation. So just a forewarning regarding parking but otherwise a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend. The host was super kind and responsive to any of our concerns or questions about the area.

Glenda was a wonderful host and her place was just as described! Everything was up to date and modern. The view from the balcony of the Laguna on one side and the ocean on the other side was a major plus! Check in easy! Check out easy! Location Location Location!! This was our first trip to San Juan and this studio apt didn't disappoint. The location was key. We could walk to the nearby beach and several good restaurants. Ubers were plentiful and all our drivers spoke english. One thing to note - the description mentions lagoon access but there was none. Other than that everything was as described and very clean. The bed was super comfortable as well. Just an FYI - there is no hot water available in the kitchen and in the shower, the hot/cold is reversed. There was no ice or any ice trays to make any. Minor details to be sure. We would definitely book this unit again!

The suite was wonderful, beautiful view, clean, and plenty spacious. The only downside was the elevator only worked about half the time. Being on 11th floor was nice for the view but my wife and I both have bad knees and the stairs were very difficult. We also only had one beach towel and no washcloths.
