Fully refurbished villa, in popular vacation rental area. Nestled on the pristine shores of Seven Seas Beach, our charming 3-bedroom penthouse villa promises a perfect blend of comfort and luxury for your tropical escape.

Just steps to Seven Seas Beach, the villa is nestled between two seaside national parks and a short distance from the bioluminescent bay kayak village and Icacos Quay water taxi pier. A short drive will take you to El Yunque national rain forest the center of adventure activities such as hiking, horseback riding, zip-lining and more. Several nearby golf courses provide plenty of options for those wishing to spend time on the links.

There are several reefs off the beach, so bring your snorkel gear. The entire beach is protected by an outer barrier reef and so it is safe for swimming with life guards on duty. The complex pool is clean, inviting and relaxing. Children love that pool! All beach equipment is provided (sand chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, cooler).

Great location and great stay. I our water heater had a power surge and owners were awesome to communicate with and were over within an hour to fix it! We had a great time and if we are ever back in the area would stay again!

Everything was great. We had a great time, the beach was an easy 5 minute walk. We loved the rooftop, you could sit and relax or use the Bbq. There was plenty of places to eat close by. There was plenty of things to do and see in the area. We will Come again.

This was a great place to stay. We were right across the street from the beach, and many restaurants were walkable. Our unit was very clean and hosts were extremely responsive. We always felt safe. If we come back to Fajardo, we’ll definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying in this beautiful apartment and somehow it was even better the second time around. Michael and Ivelisse are truly wonderful hosts — friendly, helpful, responsive, and incredibly communicative throughout our stay.The property itself lacks nothing. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from beach chairs and beach towels to all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The space is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the penthouse terrace is one of our favorite parts — perfect for relaxing at sunrise or unwinding at night.The location is also fantastic. Beautiful Seven Seas Beach is just steps away, and you’re close to great restaurants, the Bio Bay, and Las Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve with its stunning trails and views.We absolutely love this place and look forward to coming back again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Fajardo!

This place and the host were beyond what we were expecting. Before we even checked in the host helped with a few things that took that stress off of us. I can not thank them enough. They made sure throughout the stay that we were taken care of and didnt need anything. The house was beautiful, amazing views, walking distant beaches, activities and restaurants. We traveled with friends and this place was more than enough space. Close to the rainforest and not far from Old San Juan where we ate one night. I cant wait to come back to visit.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the villa which is right across from Seven Seas Beach. The villa was extremely clean. The rooms spacious, the beds comfortable. The hosts responded quickly whenever we had a question. The parking is directly in front of the villa. The air conditioning worked great ,although we hardly needed it with the beautiful sea breezes. It was great having everything we needed for the beach, (chairs,umbrella,cooler, beach toys). We enjoyed the rooftop terrace which has a kitchen, plenty of seating and beautiful breezes. The little extras like the coffee, sunblock and bug spray were very much appreciated. Great stay!

I'd give it 6 stars if I could! Was amazing and definitely coming back. Easy walk to beach (2 minutes) then pick your spot. So many restaurants and activities available within 5 minutes (some less!) - Hosts communicated quickly and had the check in process down! The Villa was 5 stars - easily!!

Just returned yesterday, what a beautiful unit and a wonderful area. The beach across the street is truly beautiful and calm for the most part, we hit some bad weather, but on the nice days it was just gorgeous and calm. Loved that there were restaurants within walking distance and loved all the little perks of the unit - coffee: sugar: paper towels, etc, I have been to many rentals that none of that is provided, sometimes it’s the little things that make a difference. The owners are extremely nice and very communicative. I hope to go back again next year. Thank you

This was a really great spot! Right on the corner where the beach meets the edge of town. An easy walk around the bay to a bunch of great brunch places with a couple of good spots for dinner right next door. Ivelisse and Michael were very nice and very communicative. The place itself felt very comfortable and we LOVED the rooftop hang out. We spent a lot of time up there. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time in PR.

The condo was amazing. Hard to say what the best part was. We loved the terrace, the pool, being right across from the beach as well as walking distance to the launch area for the bio bay. Amazing Villa Off Seven Seas Beach pt.2

We came back to Puerto Rico after a year away and made it a point to stay at Michael and Ivelisse's property for a second year in a row. The spaces are so well maintained and tastefully appointed with the ability to flow between a cozy gathering or spread out in comfort as we recovered from adventures across the island. The villa offers the perfect vacation retreat through each phase of the day with ready access to some of the best beaches, attractions and local restaurants on the East side of the Island. Sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails on the terrace are a must. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Amazing villa!

We had the most wonderful stay at Mike and Ivelisse’s amazing villa! They were the best hosts ever, super attentive with every detail and went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. The location of their villa is perfect for exploring the beautiful beaches across the street, and taking advantage of wonderful local bars and restaurants. The villa was spotless and the views from the outdoor spaces were incredible. We enjoyed the rooftop outdoor living space and ate several group meals there, enjoying the breeze and sunsets. The pool was also amazing! Best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at!
