Cozy, sleek, and modern studio apartment at the top (26th floor) of the tallest residential tower in the city of San Juan. Corner apartment with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean beyond the horizon, Condado Lagoon, San Juan Bay, most of the entire City of San Juan, and surrounding communities.

Being on top of San Juan means a nice cross of trade winds flowing through the studio when the windows are open. Plenty of natural light with very little need for lighting during the day. The amazing northeastern views will allow you to see the amazing sunrises of the Caribbean, and the city at work as the sun crosses throughout the day. The property is well located in the heart of San Juan in the sector of Santurce in the neighborhood of Miramar. Most points of interest in the city are within 5-10 min. drive including Old San Juan, Condado, Ocean Park, Isla Verde, and Luis Marin International Airport.
10-min. walk to the nearest beach at Laguna de Condado where you can swim, paddleboard, and kayak).

Our studio is fully equipped with everything you may need to feel comfortable. Fully stocked, retro kitchen with electric stovetop/oven, pots, pans, plates, silverware, and basic provisions. In addition, a medium-sized refrigerator and microwave. Recently renovated ceiling complete with wood beams and modern light fixtures.

Various bath towels and two beach towels are provided for use during your stay as well as access to a portable beach chair.
Toiletries will be provided.

Free street parking.
For added security, we can provide access to an enclosed secure parking garage that belongs to the adjacent building. The extra fee is ($10) per night for each night of your stay. Space is limited, reservation is required.

Host was very accommodating. Very responsive to issues that arose. The building itself was older and the unit has some electrical issues before I arrived. The host got an electrician to fix the issue quickly. But the electrician that came in, utilized the toilet and sullied it. So the building manager cam by and cleaned the bathroom again.The blackout shade fell off the rod and the building manager came by again to fix that. So the response rate was fast.The previously used towels and bedding from the previous stay were in laundry bags in the closet. Don't know why they didn't removed them. So I left the closet door closed the entire time and didn't use the closet.The air conditioner ran the whole time just to keep the air from being too hot and humid. It was comfortable.I didn't use the kitchen or fridge.Bathroom shower and sink worked fine and had not issues.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was a great size, very comfortable, and had plenty of TV channels to choose from. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and communication with the host was excellent, quickly responded and very helpful.

The property manager, Eric H, was very helpful and tried to assist us for our staying comfort. He and I communicated often via telephone and or text messages that made us feel comfortable psychologically, although there were a few concerns like any hotel can have shortcomings and concerns. Hence, if my wife and I would visit San Juan, we are likely to contact him and may stay at the same place. However, one thing I should emphasize the place is about the Surrounding sceneries- beautiful-. Many thanks, Eric.

Affordable, good location, everything you need

We enjoyed our stay. Host was understanding, communicative and very nice. Place has a really nice view. We could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go and if we needed an Uber it was a very short and cheap trip. Place is perfect for a couple as it is a studio. Check in was really easy - we arrived late at night and it wasn’t a problem for our host.

This is probably not the perfect place to stay geographically speaking. The in and out of the building is a bit daunting, but it's made up for by the cleanliness of the place and the spectacular views. The host was more than helpful and responsive to our needs. If you choose to park there, do plan a little extra time when you arrive to go through the process, as it's a bit tedious is all. One recommendation we have is that more towels would be nice, and some further kitchen supplies like glasses would be great, and maybe some plastic wrap perhaps or foil. I would imagine most are packing light and coming from a distance so some of the staple items in a kitchen are helpful. Some ice trays that are filled in the freezer would be super! These are suggestions not complaints.

Great, convenient spot

I stayed here after a week stay in a condo outside of the area. It was nice to walk to the casino, restaurants and stores. The view was incredible from the 26th floor.

The pictures are accurate. The place is very nice. The bathroom is nice though the shower was a little dated and could use a little more cleaning. Communication is top tier. Just be aware that the AC is off in the building but the room has a good cold AC unit. The view from the window is amazing. You can see the lit up buildings at night and the beautiful ocean by day. Walking distance to Casita Miramar and the T Mobile District.

This is my 2nd stay at this great studio. The owners have everything a guest could need efficiently set up. The location has quick access to key places, and the price is unbeatable. The owner is also very nice and accommodating.

If you are hesitant about booking a stay at Luna studio, don’t be! We stayed 4nights, 5 days. It was a beautiful & convenient stay, being close enough to San Juan, Old San Juan,(Both around 7-10 mins drive, $10ish Uber cost) Distrito T-Mobile (7 mins walk) We even walked from the Condado strip around sunset The view (day & night) & breeze being on the 26th floor was immaculate. The property has no pool or dining restaurants (plenty walkable nearby though) but private entry to access the elevator for guests and residents. The front desk people & locals were always so pleasant. The room was a great stay for 2 people. Fresh & clean with a queen size bed. Working microwave, oven, fridge, sink, tv, iron and hair dryer. You could tell Nelson and Eric (Hosts) really did their best to make sure their guest were comfortable and had everything ready through small details like scanning a QR code that automatically connects you to their WiFi, a bluetooth “vintage inspired” speaker. Which we made plenty of use from. Beach towels ready for use (separate from bathroom towels) & even an informational book about PR and places to visit. The room had cute PR decor and even hand painted wine glass for purchase. Communication with them were awesome. They were always so pleasant, accommodating and just as excited for our trip as we were. The location, price, view, hosts was entirely worth it and I will deff book again next time going to PR. What a view!

I booked this studio apartment online & called to specifically ask how far the Sheriaton hotel & casino was from the apt. It wasl less than a 10 min. walk. The apartment was spotless & what a view! It was truly spectacular. We ate breakfast there & but ate lunch & dinner out as we had some food at our convention. Eric & Baltazar were very accomodating & checkted in to see if we needed anything. We did & they brought some things for us. Good place, nice people & great view! Thanks, Lucy & Mary Jane
