Getting Around:

Your home is located in Fajardo, on the eastern coast of Puerto Rico. The closest major airport is Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) in San Juan, which is about 45-60 minutes' drive away. Here are your best options for getting from SJU to your private oasis:



- Rental Car: For exploring Fajardo and the surrounding areas (like El Yunque, other beaches, and the Bio Bay at your own pace), a rental car is highly recommended. Public transportation outside of the San Juan metro area is limited.

-Taxi or Ride-Sharing (Uber/Lyft): Convenient for a direct trip from the airport if you prefer not to drive or only plan short excursions.

-Private Shuttle Service: A comfortable and pre-arranged option, especially if you have a group or a lot of luggage.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4P local time. Checkout time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost.



We offer several paid amenities as add-on services. After the reservation, these paid amenities can be ordered through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook. We offer packages such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, and birthday balloons.



Our Beach Essentials only include beach towels and beach chairs.



To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve included an Otium Starter Package in each of our properties. This package includes all the essentials you’ll need to get you started and feel right at home. You’ll find 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth per guest, along with a hand towel per bathroom. We’ve also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, we’ve included 2 snacks per guest, along with water and 1 paper towel. We’ve also got you covered with 2 toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities that come with your stay. If you need more amenities you may purchase our Otium Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, and Blanket Replenish Package via our Marketplace.



Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.



To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Everything was as described.The place was spotless and the views were spectacular night and day. The balcony views to die for, great for dinning and enjoying your morning cup of coffee.

I will start with the pros. 1. Location was great it was close to everything. 2. Was very clean. 3. Bed's were comfortable. 4. View from the balcony was beautiful. 5. Pool was very nice and clean.Check in and out. 1. I had to ask if I needed to sign a renters contract because they never sent me one. 2. We received instructions 2 hours before we arrived. Normally I receive the information 2 to 3 days prior to arrival. 3. Parking attendant's were not notified that we were coming.4. There was no answer when the attendant called.5. Attendant had to make several phone calls and found out the ownership had changed.6. Instructions to enter lobby did not work.7. Key fob did not work for the parking gates for 3 days.8. There was two keys in the lock box. One opened the condo door and no explanation for the other key. Just by dumb luck we found out the second key opened the gate to the pool.9. No reference book to explain the condo.10. No information on what we had to do for checkout. Suggestions 1. Would be helpful in the listing that there is no oven.2. Only bedrooms had air conditioning.3. Larger fan in living area.4. Toilet paper needs to be 2 ply.5. Needs kitchen towels.6. Two rolls of paper towels.7. At least an 8 cup coffee pot.
