The condo is located in front of the beach and Northeast Ecological Corridor, a natural reserve to the turtles. My apartment is on the second floor (the height create a view like a seven floor apartment).
The apartment was recently renovated: it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 2 new mini splits, new kitchen, laundry, appliances, furniture and many other facilities. The main bedroom has its modern private bathroom.
Hot water, wifi, smart TV with Netflix. POOL is UNABLE.

We had a great time and Luis was the best host. The view is beautiful and beach is almost private and all to yourself. The place had all you needed aznd was easy to get in and out of. Stores and resturants are walking distance. We really loved our stay.

Long weekend getaway

A friend and I went to Luquillo for a long weekend and we loved staying here! Luis was super communicative and the security guy, Juan, was lovely too. Everything about the stay was pretty great.

Best location I could have asked for

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The location was unbeatable just steps from a peaceful private beach, where we often felt like we had the ocean all to ourselves. We loved being able to walk to great local restaurants which made evenings out super convenient and fun. At night, the sound of the coqui frogs was absolutely magical, and added to the charm of the whole experience and island. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We rented a car to explore the island, but honestly, we could have happily spent all of our time right here. We’re already looking forward to booking this place again!

Fantastic place in Luquillo

Location is perfect. Beautiful view from the second floor balcony. Watching surfers in the morning and drinking coffee could be the most perfect way to start your day. Luis is a great host and just the best at communication. Walking to restaurants and living in the community for a week was just a perfect vacation. Highly recommended!

Perfect location for a relaxing vacation

I wanted a relaxing break, close to the sea and this property delivered this and more. Watching the sunrise from the balcony every morning, with the sound of the waves on the beach, was perfect. I loved walking along the beach and the pool was an added bonus. Luis provided everything I needed, including beach chairs and towels and was very responsive with any questions I had. Thanks for a great vacation!

Beach Oasis!

The beach view and hearing the ocean all day was a blessing!! Luquillo is really special and we enjoyed the more quiet local part of Puerto Rico. If you rent a car it’s only 45ish from

Balcony on top of the surf

Luis is a prompt and thorough communicator as host. Our arrival and settling in was a bit more challenging since we speak no Spanish, but the senior security guard who spoke English was extremely friendly and helpful. The neighborhood approach to the property is a bit discouraging and the buildings are past their prime. One of the two elevators was being repaired throughout our visit. However, the unit itself was very clean, neat, and nicely supplied. We were comfortable there for a four-night stay. And you could practically live on the 2nd floor balcony where the view is magnificent. There are also wonderful beaches just a short drive away.

Great oceanfront location

Condo has great views of ocean and sunrise. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the balcony watching the sunrise. Very short walk to many good restaurants. Wonderful stay.

Great Puerto Rican vacation

Luis has a great property. The condo has everything we needed for our week in Liquillo and the beach was almost like a private beach. The building itself is in need of some repairs and maintenance, but there are no issues with this condo. Don't judge the neighborhood by first appearances, we had no problems walking around at both day and night.

Overall the stay was great. Armando at the front seat was amazing, very kind, nice, and so sweet. He answered any questions we may have had. The owner of the property was always available to answer questions if we had any. He responded very quickly to emails. He gave good directions on where everything was and gave recommendations of where to go to eat. The only thing is the directions in which the map takes you., you takes you to the slums where you think you are staying, cats everywhere and they think they own the road
they won’t move. Although the apartment was nice the neighborhood was not.
