When it’s time to rest and recharge after a full day of exploring the island, retreat to a cozy bedroom featuring a queen bed with lovely linens and plush pillows. To ensure your comfort, the room includes air conditioning, and for added convenience, it has an ensuite full bath with a walk-in shower.

For those inevitable thrills and spills, there’s a laundry closet in the hall with a stacked washer and dryer.

You’ll love staying in the Santa Teresita neighborhood of San Juan, not only because it’s only four blocks from the beach but also because it’s an artistic hub for performing arts, street art, galleries, and cultural events. Plus, it offers a variety of eclectic dining options, lively nightlife, and essential amenities.

The property is 5.5 km | 3 mi from the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU). The area is well-served by public transportation, including buses and taxis, providing easy connectivity to key destinations within San Juan. If you rent a car, which is highly recommended for exploring beyond the cities or reaching more remote destinations, there’s gated parking on site.

Great location close to beaches. Centralized on the island making it easy to do exploratory day trips. Worked well with our small dog. Nice park within walking distance. Gated neighborhood with security guard. Consistent WI-FI & Electric allowed us to work remotely. Also nice to have washer/dryer on site. Hosts were great!

Very quiet , me and my girlfriend had a great time , place was very clean . Walkable distance to the beach. Supermarket was right around the corner so we got some things to make our own breakfast, we got to enjoy the pool. Amazing stay , we would definitely come back.

What a Sweet Find!

This little apartment was perfect for my daughter and me: it had everything we needed and the layout was very comfortable. You can tell Rob and Maria put a lot of care into every detail. The place was spic and span when we got there, and there was even a filter jug full of cold water in the fridge. There was plenty of space (and hangers) for our stuff, so no issue there. I cooked breakfast a few times and heated up food, and it was well stocked with all the utensils we needed.I did have a few hiccups with my WiFi connection (it eventually worked), but Rob and Maria were very responsive and helpful. Their handyman, Angel, and his wife are the sweetest—Angel was there when we got there and made sure we were ok, and when we left he went out of his way to help with the suitcases (in the rain!) The apartment is short walk from the beach down a neighborhood sidewalk. The water was perfectly clear and absolutely gorgeous, it was such a treat to have it so close by. It's also centrally located to all the fun places. A lot of them you can even walk to, including my favorite bakery and some cute little cafĂ©s and restaurants. I'm from Puerto Rico originally, and my friends and family all loved it when they stopped by to pick me up. Oh, and there's a nice little pool (we didn't use it because the beach was so close) and the holy grail: a washer and dryer.

A nightmare was what I lived in that house.. I arrived at the place and they never told me which house it was.. I opened the house in the photo and the code they sent me.. I sent two messages to the host, she never answered me.. I wanted to be sure which was the house.. after 5 days.. they took all my belongings and my family's and that's when I found out I was in the wrong house.. I do not recommend it to anyone.. The host is the most inhuman person I have ever met.. I even had to leave the house, because the situation gave my husband a nervous breakdown.. the people who took my belongings forgot my shampoo and conditioner and my son's, baby wipes, a soap that she used special for my skin and the top of one of my Invisalign Braces.. I do not recommend what I lived that day to anyone.

Lovely place to stay in San Juan

We had a great time, our host went above and beyond to make us comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, we parked on the street right in front and it was very convenient. (If you are new to ocean park, it does take a minute to figure out the gate system and where to get in and out of the neighborhood but it wasn’t too hard). The grocery store is literally around the corner, and it’s an easy walk to the beach and to great spots on the loiza st area. I would recommend this unit most for a couple, there’s a sweet little pool to refresh in, and a little outdoor space. We loved it!
