• The villa is well-maintained and clean. Instead of adopting a contemporary style, the villa has been lovingly maintained to preserve its original craftsmanship and sense of comfort.
• Natural airflow and tropical breezes are a key feature of the home (although there are AC units in the living room and master BR)
• Respectful noise levels are required at all times
• No parties or events
• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
• Guests must comply with Río Mar community and beach facility rules;
• Guests do NOT have access to a pool (communal or hotel);
• Although able to access the hotel's restaurants and other publicly provided hotel services, villa guests do NOT have access to the hotel's amenities.
